Pretty did my eyebrows and they look absolutely AMAZING ! it was painful, I did tear up a bit but the process was quick. When I first sat on the chair I was clear that I did not want them too thin. All you need to do is tell the person what you want and they will do it for you. Threading is very precise unlike waxing. I was visiting an esthetician for my eyebrows before and the waxing did hurt as well, even though to me threading hurts more. But beauty is pain and it was worth every dollar. Word of advice don’t get your eyebrows waxed at nail salons ever again! This is the key! I can’t stop looking in the mirror and adoring my eyebrows. Will most definitely be coming back and becoming a regular

This place is okay. I go here regularly because I can’t find anywhere else nearby that does threading, but I feel like my results are inconsistent. Sometimes they are perfect and I love it but other times they’re a little off with a stray hair here and there. I also don’t like how you can’t make appointments because maybe this issue would be alleviated if I got the same person every time.

I come here often to get my eyebrows threaded. They always start to thread the eyebrows and then ask how it looks, I’ll usually want them thinner or shaped more and they will do this for me. It’s better than having them do too much and then wish they showed you first. They apply a cleaning alcohol before they start and a lotion after. They will cut the brow straight too but sometimes you have to ask. The threading is $ 12 which is reasonable.

I work close the Montgomery Mall so I figured I’ll give Brow Art 23 a tried. Big Mistake! I got my eyebrow and upper lip threaded by Deepa. She was pleasant and sweet, but she did not do a good job. There was noticeable hair on my upper lip and stray hair on my eyebrows. I will not be going back.

I was nervous after I saw only one 1 star review but there were two girls getting their brows done and they looked good so I got mine done. They came out great! I told her I wanted them cleaned up and not too thin(I prefer a medium natural look). She did one brow and checked with me that they were thin enough(they were for me). They gave a little calming lotion after. Also it was surprisingly not as painful as other places I’ve been. I’m giving 4 stars simply because it’s a kiosk so it’s not quite as comfortable as a shop and because they didn’t have me clean my hands before and you need to hold your brows in place with your hands while they thread. Also, took off slightly too much from the outer edge of my left eyebrow. Overall good experience and only $ 12

Don’t go here. First of all, I was duped by the pretty décor. The space was modern looking, with teal and black accents. I asked them to clean and shape up my brows. At $ 12, it was pricier than I was used to. $ 12 for what takes them all of 5 minutes to do? The lady first did one eyebrow and asked what I thought. I looked in the mirror and told her I wanted my arches more defined. She took that to mean I wanted my brows thinner. The next time I looked in the mirror, my brows were pencil thin! Well, by that time, it was too late to fix. I had her do my other brow, and the arch was higher than the other one, so when she asked me how my eyebrows were when she was done, I told her one side was higher than the other. She said to me, «so it’s too thick?» Uhmm… no… that’s not what I said. Utter fail. =/Time to grow out my brows now!
