I called David Munson’s State Farm insurance company to receive a quote for homeowners, car and an umbrella package. I spoke with Andrew, one of David’s agents, and after a week plus and several calls later to Andrew, I never received anything. I then called David himself and was told he would call me back but I never heard back from him either. If this is what you receive from just getting a quote, I can’t imagine the service you would receive if you really needed them.

Initial experience upon signing up was painless and efficient. They made sure to save me the most money including getting me roadside assistance which came into play while on vacation. The reason I am writing this review is because I lost my keys and needed a tow to the closest dealership. I called David’s office and was walked through the process of using roadside assistance. The agent even stayed on the line with me while speaking with the rep from the towing company to ensure there weren’t any issues. Top notch customer service. If the rest of the business world followed suit I wouldn’t still consider moving to an Alaskan wilderness retreat and living alone off the land. Not everyone is as friendly as David Munson and company.

I really appreciate the service of David and his team when setting up insurance. They are quick to respond and send my policies over accurately. Whenever I have questions, David is available and friendly on the phone.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with David. Someone is always there to answer the phone, and if David is unavailable, I would always get a call back shortly from him. Much later he helped me out in a huge way when I had a problem arise with my mortgage company. Kudos to David and his State Farm crew for their excellent service. I’d recommend David to anyone that is looking for a quote or has any questions about their current insurance. He did great in my eyes when I was a first time home buyer.
