My boyfriend and I went in there to look for a birthday present for my best friend. As I was in the dressing room to try things on, my boyfriend had went up to the sales associate to see if there is a pair of pants in a size different. Mind you, the sales associate already had a attitude and looked super agitated when he asked for help. So she’s up the steps looking for the size, then steps down and walks towards the counter saying nothing to my boyfriend. He then assumes that she’s gonna look for the size in the computer or something, so he follows her towards the counter. She then just looks at him confused as to why he followed her and he’s like«oh was the size there?» She just looks at him and was like«no». Don’t understand why she just didn’t tell him the first time they didn’t have it. I really like what we bought from there, but they really should consider hiring nicer people.

I had heard about the wonders of Freddy pants and wanted to try them for myself, but was not willing to risk ordering the wrong size online, so I decided to seek out a brick and mortar store. Luckily for me, the ONLY Freddy location in the United States isn’t too far away from my house! Located in Montgomery Westfield mall, the store is typical of a mall store– small and narrow with glass windows. The space is small and the products are displayed in a cramped way, but there is still plenty of room to browse. The pants that the brand is known for are rolled up, tied with a ribbon and displayed in a wine rack sort of thing on the wall with one rolled up pant per slot. It is aesthetically pleasing, but makes trying anything on a hassle. When I first arrived, the salesgirl was on the phone and unavailable to assist me(she was the only one working), so I wandered around confused about what the different styles are for and why pants that looked the same to me were $ 100 more than the ones next them. Once she got off the phone, she was very helpful and recommended different sizes/styles to try. The store had most of the items I like in stock in my size, but were out of all dark wash jeans. The dressing rooms have no mirrors, so you are forced to come out and look at yourself in the communal mirror. As promised, the pants looked fantastic and I ended up purchasing a pair. I received a GWP makeup bag at the register, which is always nice. The store is pricey, but I knew that coming in. It wasn’t the best shopping experience, but wasn’t terrible. Now that I know my size, I will make future orders online. This store would be smart to open a location in Tyson’s.
