This family orthodontic clinic is the best. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. They make you feel as one of them. They are always willing to work with you in every sense, whether its to accommodate an appointment date or pass by for a last minute broken bracket. They are honest and very knowledgeable. One thing is that they should automate their office admin work. They seem to still run on paper– based records (while it is fine), it can get more cost effective for both, the provider (keeping all these papers) and the customer (getting hard copies). However, their service is on point!

Both my kids went to this practice. We are very happy with the results so far. Very quick service, pleasant staff, professional doctors. I would highly recommend them.

This practice is run by two very knowledgeable brothers! The office is run extremely efficiently as well; No long waits, the doctors never run behind. If your appointment is at 9am, your child is in that chair at 9am.
Both Gillespies have dry, witty senses of humor and do their best to make their patients feel at ease. The staff is very friendly and seem to be happy working there.
In terms of pricing, they offer an excellent level of service for the what they charge for orthodontic care.
I would happily recommend this practice to anyone looking for an exceptional orthodontic practice.

Two brothers — one practice. They’re pleasant, easy to work with, accommodating on payments (the velvet hammer) and the entire staff is first-​rate.
Plus, they’re fast. If you drop off and then go to park, very often your child is already being worked on. «He’s back there. You can join him if you like». Gotta like that.
And their work is excellent.

I have been very impressed with these docs! This is my daughter’s second time around with braces, and this practice is by far superior to the one we were with for Phase I. They have such a way with kids! My daughter even looks forward to her visits with them.. . unbelievable!

Just wanted to update my report to let everyone know that both of my daughters’ teeth are straight just as promised. I never expected less than perfection from the excellent care we received!

After having to «fire» my son’s first orthodondist, the Dr’s Gillespie were a breath of fresh air. They have always been kind, welcoming and have taken the time to explain everything, not only to me, but to my son. Both of my boys have benefitted from their caring and professional ways, and their teeth look fantastic to boot! I just now called to ask for an emergency appointment because my son «popped» a wire yesterday. «Sure, come on in at noon!» Their office staff is helpful and kind — they never seem to be grumpy like so many staff at doctor’s offices. I have recommended this group to many friends over the years, and have never regretted it!

I’ve never felt so moved to write a public review as I do by the office of Drs. Gillespie. They provide such a remarkable service that I’m left in awe EACH time I visit, even though the bar is actually raised by each experience. The consistency in their friendliness, timeliness, and caring approach is really unmatched. I’ve never experienced such a high level of service from any medical care provider. They are friendly and kind to my son — the patient — to me, to anyone who enters the office. I’ve never, ever had to wait even a minute to be seen. As soon as we enter the waiting room, my son is ushered back to a chair with a smile and friendly chit chat by the doctor himself, not a nurse. There is always a calm, easygoing feeling in the office and one never has to wait for anything. It’s just superior and amazing.
