Meet the Business Owner

Bruce K.

Business Owner

With more than 25 years of search experience, Bruce has successfully completed hundreds of senior-​level management and director search assignments across the financial services spectrum, with a particular focus on banking.

Prior to establishing Kershner & Co., Bruce spent several years developing and heading up the financial services practice for U.S. Search, where his assignments spanned a variety of industries including banking, real estate, construction and investment banking.

Bruce began his career in the financial services industry in the Washington, DC region. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland — Robert H. Smith School of Business.
