Business Owner

Attorney Nicholas Masington has been practicing law in Northeast, PA since 1990. A transplant from Philadelphia, he is a resident of Palmerton, PA where he resides with his wife of 21+ years Sandra and their teenage children Dillon and Shannon. Currently, Attorney Masington divides his time between the firm’s Carbon County and Monroe County offices. From day one, he has devoted the bulk of his practice to the areas of Divorce, Family and Domestic Relations Law and over the years has served thousands of clients in that capacity. He takes a «no nonsense», hard working approach to his cases and his focus is aimed at obtaining the best result possible in the shortest time possible and at the least expense possible for his clients. Attorney Masington also does an extensive amount of work in the areas of Bankruptcy work and Civil Litigation.
