Doctor Augello can be trusted to help you heal. I was really impressed with his muscle and tissue work to help heal my injuries. Not just a «bone cracker» here. Plus they run a great fat burning program here. I should know, I use the same nutritional products for my own team, family and myself.

I bought a groupon for this place back in February. I’d never been to a chiropractor before, but I had been experiencing some lower back issues. The groupon was supposed to include an appointment for an adjustment, x-​rays, and a therapeutic massage. The massage could not be scheduled the same day as the adjustment, so obviously in pain, i scheduled the adjustment first. In fairness, that appointment with Dr. Augello went pretty well. He didn’t actually do an x-​ray, which i paid for and would have preferred, but i decided to trust his opinion that i didn’t need it since i’d never been to a chiropractor before. The adjustment was good. I then scheduled the massage. Do to a last minute family situation, I had to cancel the appointment. I didn’t just not show up, I called as soon as i knew, and began to leave a message. The masseuse, or whoever she was picked up in the middle of my message. I apologized for the late cancellation, but explained there was nothing I could do. She proceeded to tell me how irresponsible and unfair that was, and continued to tell me off. Seriously. Wow. Would i ever really go back to have a massage done on my damaged back by a woman who yelled at me for no reason? Definitely not. I guess that will teach me to prepay for services…

I had never been to a chiropractor before, but when I recently snapped my neck, I had no choice. My insurance company directed me to this place. Had I known it would be so easy and painless, I would have been going for years!
The girl at the desk was always polite and helpful. Dr. Augello worked on me and was very friendly! I could overhear conversations with other patients in the hallway, and he is actually that nice to everyone! He asks questions about your personal life and remembers things about you to catch up the next time you go. I am not sure how he does this, since the waiting room is usually full and he sees a lot of people.
I just got back from my third appointment, and am pleased to say my neck is back in business. This guy knows his stuff and has created a welcoming, personable atmosphere.
