Called Austin’s on a Friday afternoon because my brakes were acting up, and I was sick of being upcharged at Meineke. They told me to come ASAP, took a look at my entire vehicle, made recommendations, and listed prices. Everything was explained clearly — additional work (i.e. oil change, transmission flush) was suggested based on their inspection, but not pushed on me. Rear brakes were replaced and I was out of there in two hours. AAA members get a discount! Staff was very friendly and professional. Dropped a star only because the prices they quoted for the non-​urgent maintenance work were steep, I’d probably stick to Meineke for the $ 20 oil change. Overall, would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at Austin’s. I called on a weekday afternoon when my car picked up a nail in its tire. They were able to squeeze me in, and took care of the nail in under 30 minutes. Their rates were affordable and they also performed a full vehicle inspection. They did not do any additional work without confirming with me. Also they filled a few of my fluids for free. I will be coming back when I am in the area.

Great service at very reasonable price. They are courteous and honest. I have knowledge about cars and engines, but just don’t have time to work on my car. With that knowledge, I have realized that they recommend only those things that are an absolute necessity. I’m very satisfied with their service, and even for a small job I prefer to go to them even though I may have to drive pass a few repair shops on my way to their shop. I highly recommend them. Keep it up, guys!!!

These guys do great work! They are honest and stand by their work with a 24,000 mile /​24 month warranty. AAA approved is an extra bonus. I will definitely get all my repairs done here! I highly recommend these guys for any job you need done!

Anyone who knows me knows that when it comes to car repair places I’m not monogamous by any means. Some of it honestly is not my fault because I truly feel that places like to bait and switch you which leads me to bounce around to multiple shops especially after I feel like I’m getting The Shaft.
You know The Shaft. A place gives you great service the first few visits and then over time kind of take your business for granted where appointments get harder to make and things that they would «overlook» now suddenly become things which treated as life or death to pass inspection.
It’s like a casino who tries to woo your business only to try and get theirs back over time.
Now I needed some work done and after having been mistreated enough by the place I had been using the past few years I figured that Austin’s would be my next stop since they are close and via Internet reviews they seem well liked.
The initial call was easy enough and I was slotted in two days later.
I asked for three things to be done and after a few hours I got a call telling me that one of my concerns was not needed because everything still looked great and that the other two would be done right away along with the price.

I appreciate them not trying to grab me for something that I didn’t need and that type of customer service along with the, so far, excellent work speaks for itself.
I don’t know if Austin’s will be a keeper long term but after one visit, so far/​so good.

First & foremost as a women who knows a little but not nearly enough about car repairs, Austins Auto is the first shop I have never felt intimidated or being like I was being taken advantage of. From the first phone call to the moment I drove out of there lot, I was compleatly satisfied with the customer service & the work they put into my car. They explained in detail what needed to be done & what could wait to be done to get the most out of your money & keep me safe on the road, befor any work or money was invested. My car drives amazingly now & I feel confident I’m safe. I will recommend anyone who has car trouble, who is everyone at one point or another, to use there services. I have never been happier with a mechanic. Also, as an added tip, I am not a person that normal writes reviews but theses guys I feel really deserve it. Thank you for all of your help, I am happy to say I will absolutely never hesitate to call you with any future car trouble or needed assistance.
