Slow service. What more can I say! So tired and just had to wait and wait and wait. How much more do I have to go on. Burger was food though.

Horrible. Taste like a piece of rubber. Watching them throw these $ 16 frozen hockey pucks on the grill. Be better off at McDonald’s. Go anyplace else.

You know, I expected less but was pleasantly surprise. The beers on tap were ice cold. The burgers, and there are a wide selection of them, were delicious and made to perfection. The sides were plentiful and abundantly presented. My only gripe: where was the Emerill hot sauce? Oh well. You can have everything.

To start, this restaurant is in the Sands Casino. I’ve been to many a casino in my life, but HOLYHELL this one is the smokiest of them all!!! I think every smoker in a 10 mile radius was here this night… It was about 5:30ish on a Saturday night and had a short wait(but as the night went on, the line quickly grew very long, so be prepared to wait, while enjoying the cigar and cigarette smoke. *** Quick disclaimer… I know you can smoke in casino’s and it’s my decision to go to them, but damn… Can you get better smoke sucker thingy’s installed?) Anyhoo, two spots opened up at the bar, so my wife and I chose to sit there. Nice bar, not too small or big, a few TVs were around and the bartender was courteous and attentive. I ordered the create your own burger, with fries, and a Sam Season pint. Our food came out fairly quick, and was cooked to order. It was a good burger, nothing more, nothing less. I guess being an Emeril restaurant, I was expecting more, but I wasn’t overwhelmed with excitement. The fries were good too, but the portion was very, very small. What is going on with the portion of fries lately? Last time I checked, they are cut up taters. Taters aren’t very expensive, so let’s get with it restaurants and dish out those bad boys!!! Bottom line, it was ok, nothing special. It’s a check in the box to do. Nothing screams«Come Back». If you’re looking for a decent burger, you’ll get one here, but don’t expect any excitement. A burger from Red Robin, Chili’s, or Applebee’s are just as good, if not better in my opinion.

Decent spot inside Sands Casino. I had a grilled cheese with cole slaw. Cole slaw had quite a spicy kick to it which was different and yummy. We sat at the bar because the place was crazy busy. Inside reminded me of a diner. Nothing fancy. Definitely will try someplace different next time we visit the casino.

Ok. So the build your own burgers were great. I had the prime rib burger with cheddar, mushroom, bacon, lettuce, pickle, tomato with roasted garlic aioli and a side of fries. The burger was tender and juicy. The brioche bun was buttery and soft. The bread and butter pickles threw me off and should be left off the plate. The Bam fries weren’t special at All. I literally ate one fry. Overall, my burger was good and I would eat there again.

One of the best burgers I have ever had. I had a make your own with the brisket mix of beef. Topped it appropriately. Added the insanely good — and fresh tasting — slaw on the side. A couple of cold beers to wash it down with and I was in heaven !

Only saving grace is the bar. Had a Cheap(ish) beer with burger. Expected more from Emeril! Burger was OK for $ 15 price point. Had the whiskey river. Creative take on BBQ burger — but not the quality expected from Emeril. Fries were served cold, asked for new. Once they came OK, but seasoning is overpowering. Burger and fries is basically Red Robin standard and is equal to quality. Disappointed to say the least with he Emeril name attached.

We stopped in after some shopping in the outlets and gambling. It was relatively empty when we arrived(around 5pm on a friday) and we were seated immediately. Our server came over promptly and took our drink order. He was back shortly after with our drinks and took our order. I ordered a black and blue burger and my mom ordered a mushroom burger. We also ordered a burger to go. The burgers, once they came, were delicious. The black and blue was very tasty and had a tiny little kick to it. There was a good amount of fries as well. The burgers are big(I only ate half) and the pickle was delicious(weird to comment on bit it was !) the reason for the 3 stars was the wait time. We waited almost 30 minutes for our burgers. The table next to us came after us, got their food and was almost leaving by the time ours came. I am not sure what the hold up was but the waiter did acknowledge that our food was almost done(I must have had a look on my face). I would recommend this place and will most likely go back. Hopefully the issue the food is not the normal.

Burgers are terrific but not worth 16 bucks! They TOTALLY skimp on the fries! Burger was very decent — will go back, but only on special occasions!

It was OK, a few weeks after eating here I had a much better burger at St. James Gate, the Irish pub located across the casino. The food at Emerils burgers is expensive.

Had a breakfast burger and it was the best burger I ever had. Prices were reasonable too. I will definitely be back.

It’s nice that this place was open late. The breakfast burger was good-yes, $ 15 is a lot for this kind of burger, but you’re in a casino.

The burgers here are 5 stars. I’ve eaten here 2 times and was blown away by the flavor. Stick to the specialty burgers and don’t try to build your own. I had the black and blue burger this time – rich, zesty, juicy, with a little kick. Burgers are about $ 15 and come with a side of o-rings, fries, slaw, or sweet potato fries AND a pickle spear(amazing, yes the pickle). I’ve never had dessert here. If you are bothered by smoke you may not like this place. It’s located right off the gaming floor of the Sands Casino.

OMG one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I had the Whiskey BBQ Burger with sweet potato fries, and I loved every single bite of the cheesy, smokey, crunchy, salty, burger. It was huge and I left a few bites. I requested it medium and it was on point. Luckily, my boyfriend was able to help me with my fries because there was no way I would be able to eat the whole plate. These fries actually taste like sweet potato which I find is pretty rare for sweet potato fries. The pickle that comes with the plate is great too, pickle lovers will really enjoy the strong vinegar and dill flavor. I had a cocktail which might have been called«Very Berry Lemonade» — I’m not sure if it was a special but I enjoyed it and drank every last drop. Not too strong, not too weak… just right. It was a nice place to unwind for a little while with a good meal.

Wasn’t impressed at all. Come on, Emeril. I had the mushroom burger and I asked for medium rare, but it definitely came out way more medium. The flavor was also lacking and I tried using salt, pepper, hot sauce to season it up. For $ 15 a burger, I expect much better than that. I guess there aren’t many options at Sands Casino though. Sweet potato fries were good.

Came with bf for a burger and indeed that is what I got! I loved the paper form to customize my order, I was very pleased with that experience. I did not get any desserts. Quality of food was what I was expecting, a bit pricey for a burger however. Our waiter was great, smiley, energic, funny, engaging etc. Only downsides are: location being tucked into the corner of the casino and having to walk through cig smoke to get to your destination(it’s a turn off).

I love this place. I love that you get a little card to fill out: you get to choose the type of meat(prime chuck, grass fed, chicken breast, etc.) and the cheeses, sauces, bun, and a side(french fries, onion rings, coleslaw, etc.) I always get the grass fed with pepper jack and chipotle mayo(with extra on the side for fries!) on a sesame bun. The fries are great and well seasoned. I hear the onion rings are fantastic too, though, I’ve never had them. A little expensive, but not when you consider that it is planted inside a casino. I previously thought it was $ 14 for the create-a-burger option with a side but I went a couple days ago and it was suddenly $ 16. Maybe it was because it was a holiday weekend. Or maybe they increased the prices(hopefully not!) Anyway, I definitely recommend you skip the gross food court and give this place a try. It’s only a couple dollars more — and worth it.

The service was great — the waitress was super helpful, friendly, and patient. Both of our burgers were delicious! The sweet potato and«regular» fries were both delicious as well.(I don’t particularly enjoy Cajun fries, but they don’t have non-Cajun fries on their menu. The waitress asked them to set me aside some fries with the next batch!)

I ordered the mushroom burger with lettuce, tomato and carmelize onion with their cole slaw and onion rings on the side. The burger is delicious!!! The cole slaw is spicy so be sure u can handle spicy food, otherwise, do not order. Their onion rings are awesome! All burgers order comes with one side order. The price ranges $ 12 to $ 14. Additional sides order is $ 3 each. Sorry Unilocal friends! I was so hungry and the food looks really delicious so I forgot to take a pic lol.
