Great service from these guys. I was in need of a tow, and they picked me up within ten minutes, and dropped off my car for a very reasonable price. I’d love to never require a tow again, but if I do, I’m definitely calling them.

Full of scumbags who have an IQ barely above 45. They smell horrible and one of the towers had no teeth and he looked about 26.

The only people who are going to complain about this company are those who are breaking the law or have another sob story as to why they need special treatment.
I have been very pleased with this company, Joe and Kevin are extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is a tow service… NOT Disneyland; so they may be rough around the edges, however what this business entails is right off the bat confrontational. Think about it someone’s car may be towed and now that persons day is ruined. Bottom line is if your going to park illegally… then you deserved what happens to your car. …PERIOD. If everyone parked correctly they would be out of business. The simply fact that they are in business is a direct result of people not living up to THIER responsibility. We all speed (yes you do!), but it’s when we get caught that we want to blame and scream and yell at the police officer for doing his job; do your part and the tow company can’t do his. C.A.R.S gives sufficient warning before they tow. You would think a person would heed such a warning… sadly many don’t.
They are quick, efficient, and thorough. If you have illegally parked cars in fire lanes, handicap spots, hydrants… CALL THESE GUYS AND THEY WILL CLEAN HOUSE.

DO NOT use this towing company! I had a flat tire and no spare so I needed to have my car towed to a car repair shop in Whitehall. First of all, the guy called me asking why I am I needing service like I was bothering him. Then he wanted me to drive my car onto the back of his flatbed! I couldn’t hear or see what he wanted me to do. After he did it himself (like he was supposed to in the first place) he told me «See it’s as simple as that!» I’m sorry, but I’m not doing your job for you. I will be reporting this to my car insurance hopefully they stop using this place for service.

This is not a towing company you can afford or want to even get near to. They treat people in need with abuse. Honestly!!! Don’t use this company.

My friend had there car towed by this company and sead that their drive was a dirty smelly rude .very unprofessional. And I herd this now from more people. How there still in business is beyond me

I had my vehicle towed by this company for what they said was parked on private property. When I called to get my vehicle back I explained to them that I was not parked on private property, I was parked on city property. When asked if they towed for the city their response was no. I asked them why then would they tow a car when it wasn’t in fact parked on private property, but of course they all place blame on each other. «Oh I wasn’t the one that towed you», or «I don’t know, I was just told to come let you get your car.» I showed pictures of where I was parked to prove that there was NOT ONE private parking sign anywhere near my car. I emailed Jess E a VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL email… I would have expected the same respect in a reply, instead I DIDN’T EVEN GET A RESPONSE. Completely ignored my requests, or an explanation as to why they towed my car without good reason. I don’t even know why I’m writing this review because it’s not like it will matter, but MAYBE some half wit that works at this company will read this, since my email apparently was disregarded. Even if I wanted to tow someone I would never call this company because the last thing I want them to get is another cent out of someone.

Jess is a terrible «owner», disrespectful, rude, and no help. I consider my car STOLEN because she could not/​would not tell me the location of my car. Threatened me and my property. Horrible attitude and no customer service skills.

Jess E. Is a total nightmare to deal with. Completely unprofessional and rude. Don’t bother with these unreliable people. Fast lane is much better
