Dunkin’ Donuts

I never have a problem here with service if Athena is working the register. However, they are always understaffed, and the wait to get hot breakfast items can be 10 up to 10 minutes. The focus is on the drive thru customers — which I can understand. However for those of us who aren’t lazy and get out of our cars, the wait can be painful.
I’ll also tell you to check your order before you leave. More times than not? The order is wrong, or your hot food is warm to cold.

I really dislike this dd the most of any in the area. Not bc of the people that work there so much but bc of the owner. An example would be when I try to order two iced coffees late at night– one with ice and one without for later and they charge u extra for no ice. What a bunch of bs.

This place is rediculous. I’m not going to call one particular person out on this app but they used to be good. Idk what changed but a month or two ago this woman that started working there became totally incompetent at her job! One day I went in, the line out the door… I waited patiently and when it was my turn she took the person behind me at the other register first! Then today I go in and very clearly order 2 medium coffees, one iced, one hot, both with cream and sugar. I get 2 hot coffees, one with cream and sugar and one with just cream. What?!? I can’t anymore…

Dunking donuts is usually quick in and out. Not this place counter help are comatose.

I cannot give a dunkin’ donuts a good review
before today this place would have been a 3.5 star for me.
slow service was the only downfall until this morning
combine slow service with a most ‘i dont care’ attitude and you have this place summed up
the young dude that served me just flopped my donut into the bag, frosting side down!
i should have immediately thanked him — ‘thanks man, i didnt want that sweet gooey frosting, i probably would have wiped it off on the sidewalk myself so that i could enjoy the tasteless brown sponge you pass off as a chocolate donut. yeah i hate sweet chocolate flavor too!‘
i suppose he was telling me i’m too fat for chocolate frosting
they have 2 jobs — make the donut, pass it to the customer
until they get that 2^nd part right i’ll have to pass this place up
