This place gets the double pees-piss poor. got a chicken parm sandwich, the chicken had grizzle in the sandwich, and the lady that took our order wasn’t friendly, we felt we weren’t wanted there, she even was giving my daughter the evil eyes. The one good thing is that the owner was a very nice man. I will not eat there again. The whole experience was uninviting and uncomfortable.

Friendly counter staff. Pizza was tasty. A «what you see is what you get» kinda’ place. No frills. I didn’t try the sandwiches. I guess I was compelled to go with what was in the name.

Nope. That’s the response I have now if anyone asks if I’ve eaten at Marlo’s. I’m honestly not sure if it’s called Marlo’s and I’m sitting in the place and doing a review of the place. I keep wanting to call it Mario’s. I guess I can’t be too hard on then because I’m using their free wifi… if you want free wifi and aren’t hungry then I highly recommend Mario’s. I’m eating what can only be described as bubblegum in marinara sauce. You ever tried that? Maybe come here because theirs is pretty good if that’s what you like. I cannot remember what I really ordered because it took them 25 min to make my bubblegum dish. Brewworks was packed so I walked down Main Street and over Broad street… everywhere packed. Marios was empty. I paused because I ate here once but couldn’t remember why I hadn’t been back. Also got a slice, was not good. Good: Free wifi. Entertaining owner. Plenty of space when you are eating your bubblegum. Close to the parking lot. Not so good: Long wait. Not tasty.

We LOVE Marlo’s. Everything we have ever ordered from here is delicious. Delivery is super fast. We order primarily salad, wings, pizza and sometimes the cassatelles. The Marlo’s Gourmet White Pizza is amazing! We feel lucky to have found Marlo’s.

Honestly the food was good. However I ordered the family meal deal which was priced at $ 26 dollars for 1 large pie, 2 cheesesteaks, french fries, and a 2 liter of soda. Great deal right? Wrong! The delivery guy got here with a total of $ 38! We politely paid the driver and after re-reading the menu and doing some calucation we realized that they had charged us for each individual item. When we called the rudeness and unwillingness to help rectify the problem was out of this world. The customer is not always right at Marlo’s.

One star for the two sandwiches and meatball parm appetizer. I had their pizza during previous visits and it is very good. First, the sauce and cheese on the meatball parm appetizer(not sandwich) was very good. It was the only thing worth it. The meatballs were not home made and had that spongy cafeteria texture some of us love but basically make for disgusting meatballs. I had the Italian club sandwich and it was just plain tasteless. Look, when tomatoes are out of season you need to salt them or put pickles in the sandwich. Ham, capicola and salami were sliced thick and all three tasted like baloney. No kidding. Three meats that could have rocked but tasted so bland you could not tell them apart. Over cooked bacon and limp iceberg lettuce rounded out this lousy sandwich. No mayo either. Bread was toasted nicely. Someone took care to assemble the sandwich but had no clue as to how ordinary the ingredients were. My wife had the BLT and you can guess how that was. Lousy too. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager or owner and he seemed to want to do better. May try again someday.

This place was AMAZING! We live in New York the Pizza capital of the world. Lol And we were blown away. We had the Grandmas pizza, house salad and for desert cassatelli OMG!!! These crêpe type treats with ricotta cheese. Heavenly!

Usually the food is amazing this time I was betrayed. Sitting on my own in my room watching lost girl eating pasta when the worst happened. I found little pieces of sharp plastic in the pasta and one got stuck in my throat. I’ve been vomiting for the last 20 minutes and coughing until my eyes are red. Horrible experience.

Fine pizza, especially if you’re in the Main Street commons, but they don’t have fountain soda

Stopped in by chance and… Serendipity…had the Grandma Pizza… just a slice, and enjoyed it thoroughly. I can’t vouch for anything else… oh, aside from the garlic knots which, I have it on very good authority, are world class. But if the chance presents itself, try a slice of the Grandma Pizza. Next time out I think I’ll try a slice of the Sicilian, which also looked good… in addition to another slice of the Grandma Pizza.

A bit pricy for the quality of food. The calamari was very chewy, the salad wasn’t very fresh, and the cheesesteak roll was soggy. :/

Great Pizza! First time in Bethlehem, and frankly we were lost(visiting Lehigh), and found Marco’s by accident. Unassuming hole in the wall place, but will go back again if daughter gets into Lehigh. Crust was one of best ever. I had a slice of potato and onion and that was very tasty.

Solid pizza, solid delivery service. We ordered a few pies for a party and Marcos was recommended. The pizza arrived exactly on time(we preordered for a specific time). The pep pizza was on the greasy side, however very tasty. The other pies were just fine. The missed part of our order(we didn’t catch the mistake THEY did) and returned with the balance and an apology… NICEJOB. Give them a shot.

$ 6 medium pizza? Yes, please! For $ 6, you can’t go wrong. They’re competing for the quick-turnaround, Little Cesar’s market with this special. L.C.‘s $ 5 pizza is nasty. Marco’s is fresh and delicious. And you don’t feel guilty after letting your kids eat it. **One thing to note — you may have to ask specifically for this special. They’ve been running it for a while, and to my knowledge, have no plans of discontinuing it. But it’s not on their regular menu. So ask for it.

Similar to Shari’s review, I too found this place on Unilocal.Ordered me a medium cheese. I never order more than on the first time I order from a new place. I figure no matter how terrible it is, I can always stomach a plain cheese. Anywho, brought it back to the Holiday Inn-Express and did a fair number on it. The one issue is the sauce. It was just missing that… well, as Unilocal Elites say, that certain je né sais quoi! It just wasnt there. That being said, I would definitely frequent it again.

My guy and I were feeling a bit peckish and decided that we were both too lazy to get dinner, so we looked for a place that delivered. I checked on Unilocal,of course, and found Marco’s Pizza Express. I ordered the calamari and a pizza(pepperoni & mushroom) and it was here in 30 minutes! That’s fast for dinner time delivery! Well, to me it was fast, I guess. In California, you’d be waiting about an hour for delivery after 5 pm. Anyway, the pizza was tasty, the calamari was crispy, but the hot sauce for the calamari tasted a bit too much like buffalo wing sauce. Otherwise, I was completely happy with the meal. I will definitely be ordering from Marco’s again. The next time I’m feeling lazy, probably!

This place has really good, big subs but the steaks are just okay. Had pasta with chicken one time for lunch and that was good too.

Well I had one of their meatball parmesan subs. The freakin’ meatballs are SOYUMMY-DELICIOUS! Another time my hubby ordered sausage & linguine & I ordered the grilled chicken salad. I also ordered meatballs on the side. It was all delicious. & the portions were BIG. There was plenty of grilled chicken on my salad, big hunks of Italian sausage on my hubby’s linguine, & the meatballs were devourably irresistible! Ugh, my poor tummy! Also try their Marco’s Special sub as a grinder!
