History

Established in 1990.

I learned everything I could while working for my town’s largest flower shop and greenhouse for 9 years. I then took a 23 yr. detour in the microelectronics business doing flowers for fun the whole time. After seeing my arrangements at a friend’s party in Manhatten, I was asked to do my first wedding. When the wedding planner and caterers asked me where my shop was in Manhatten, I knew it was time to open a flower shop. I had a shop in historic Bethlehem for 10 yrs. when the building I was in suffered irreparable damage and have been working from a studio ever since. So I’m still doing weddings, funerals and daily deliveries!

After working in a flower shop for 9 yrs while earning an Associates in Interior Design and a Bachelors in Elementary Ed., I found that I couldn’t stay away from working with flowers and plants. My goal is to highlight the beauty of nature. I believe that the best art, whether it’s painting, sculpture, fashion or any other field, is influenced by the nature and I’m very lucky to be working with the best nature has to offer! I hope you enjoy the results as much as I enjoy making them!
