History
Established in 2015.
The Burgrito’s concept was developed by George Babalis, a veteran in the restaurant industry. When George decided to concentrate his energy on his South of the Border restaurant in Levittown, he was happy to be introduced to two brothers, Darin and Lawrence Laby, the present owners of Burgrito’s.
Darin and Lawrence developed their committment to Burgrito’s during the long, cold winter of 2014 – 2015. Long Islanders born and bred, Darin’s expertise is gearing the menu to choices that most Americans like most. Lawrence’s passion is providing fresh and creative choices such as vegetarian burritos and fresh fruit smoothies.
Together they are providing their fellow Long Islanders with great food in an inviting casual setting.
