Worst experience ever! They are so RUDE! My dress was sweeping the floor and they told me I was wrong saying it is too long and that it is the type of dress… She got in a SCREAMING-​MATCH with me the customer because she couldn’t admit the dress was long. (She is crazy) Then wanted to recharge me again. This place is so overpriced. They didn’t even steam the dress. For all the money they charge to just hem something it is the least they could do.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Brought a dress shirt to have the sleeves altered. Did a great job (unlike the other two shop’s I’ve been to). Price reasonable and done on-​time.

Very expensive!!! This place is known for altering wedding and bridesmaid dresses but yet doesn’t have a steamer to get out the wrinkles! Went back two times to get dress fitted and it still doesn’t fit perfectly! Go somewhere else!
