Aside from being the nicest guy ever, Dr. Shakarian is really great at what he does. I had never seen a chiropractor before, and was pretty skeptical as to whether it would help me or hurt me, but when I went in for some neck/​shoulder pain that had been going on for a week, he was really thorough in evaluating me, and didn’t just try to «crack» /​adjust me right away; he had me go and get x-​rays first, as I told him about my history of back problems as well. I felt relief almost immediately after the first adjustment, and now I go in regularly for maintenance. I definitely feel «looser,» like as if there isn’t as much tension between my bones, and I swear I sleep more soundly now, even though I never really had trouble sleeping. He’s also really big on education, and he’s very patient when I ask him a lot of questions. I’m also going to look into getting some orthotics through him, as he can cast your feet and order those too.
Another thing I like, is it’s never a long wait to get an appointment. I don’t know how they do it, because he always seems booked! And his receptionists are really nice. Go and see him, you won’t be sorry.

I was pretty skeptical at first… I was having terrible back/​shoulder pain. After a long search online, I found Dr. Shakarian, and that was by far the best decision I made. After 3 visits I felt some great relief in my back and it only continues to get better. Staff in the front office is great and hours are definitely flexible which helps when I’m driving from downtown traffic. Bottom line… he’s helped my back immensely. Do yourself the favor and see Dr. Shakarian… you’ll be relieved! Seriously.

I was in a car accident a few years ago and have suffered from neck and back pain. Aaron has come to my rescue and has helped relieve and manage the pain I’ve had over the last few years. Not only is he thorough in his examination, recommendations and treatments, he has great bedside manner. As you can see from his other reviews, he comes highly recommended. I completely agree.
His office location is also convenient. There is a parking lot and I’m always able to get a spot. I have never had to pay for street parking. There is also a pain management specialist in the office, in case there is a need for treatment beyond Aaron’s area of chiropractic expertise.

Dr. Aaron is the best adjuster around. He always knows exactly where to adjust and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave!

I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Shakarian… I’ve been going to him for months now, and words can’t describe how well he’s made me feel compared to my prior aches and pains. He definitely takes his time to assess your situation, and is very compassionate about trying to correct what’s wrong. Easily one of the best chiropractors in the city — I highly recommend him!
