Our coffee is roasted on the premises in small batches. The coffee we offer comes from many regions, including Ethiopia, Kenya, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, and our decaf is Swiss Water Processed single origin.

History

Established in 2014.

Coffee has always been a big part of our life. The experience of joy we have always gotten from coffee inspired us to roast coffee and serve coffee with the single desire to share this experience of joy.

Our passion is to roast coffee from different regions around the world — regions like Colombia, Panama, Ethiopia, Kenya, Costa Rica, Brazil, El Salvador, and Guatemala, and to create blends that excite people.

Coffee has always infused our daily life with the energy of clarity and productivity, so we are thrilled when we see and hear our customers also experience the joy of coffee. That in and of itself brings us an immense appreciation for the work that we love to do.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, Aharon Vaknin grew up in the hospitality/​service industry, helping and working with his Moroccan-​born parents as they ran busy independent and hotel restaurants. Daily life in Israel was infused with the delights of hot coffee — Aharon made his first Turkish coffee for an uncle at age 8!

As a young adult, Aharon fell in love with the cafes of Paris. Later, researching more about coffee extraction, brewing methods, grinding methods and coffee origins, Aharon started to dream of roasting his own coffee in order to achieve the most delicious flavor possible from each coffee bean.

With Aharon Coffee & Roasting Co, the dream is a reality. Sharing his beans with all who walk through the door, Aharon’s paradigm is simple: deliver the Joy of Coffee with every cup and bag of beans. Paired with small-​batch artisan caramel, chocolate or vanilla, organic milks, or just black and delicious, Aharon’s coffee is truly special — a standout for coffee enthusiasts everywhere.
