He takes his practice seriously without being intimidating (oh what a breath of fresh air in Beverly Hills!). He is personable, his memory is impressive, and he’s definitely a perfectionist– all qualities you want in your plastic surgeon!
Additionally, he surrounds himself with a great team. The girls working at his office are sweet and welcoming.
I 100% recommend Dr. Dadvand to anyone who is considering breast augmentation. He is an artist!
My recovery has been exceptionally smooth. I am 1 month post op with no pain, swelling, or tightness, and my scarring is minimal. (Get the scar cream he sells! Works amazingly)

If I could give him more stars I would. Doctor Dadvand is honestly the best! I got my breast and nose done 8 years ago by Dr. Dadvand and he did a wonderful wonderful job! It look so natural just as I wanted it to look like. People around me Don’t even know I got anything done till I tell them and they are shocked and always say «wow it look so natural». I have no regrets what so ever.
I just had my baby 9 months ago and was able to breastfeed my baby. The doctors were surprised that I had implants and was able to breast feed even they said wow you have a good doctor. Once I’m done having all my babies I plan to get my mommy make over with him.
Not only is Doctor Dadvand perfectionist and great at what he does but he really takes the time to listens to his patient and answers you.

Dr. Dadvand is a true artist! I went to him for my botox and was beyond pleased! He was able to make me look younger in just one visit. All my forehead lines went away after 10 days! It was truly amazing. He really was able to open up my eyes and make me look refreshed. I was not bruised at all either. He also has a very light touch, the botox did not even hurt! I recommend everyone run not walk to see Dr. Dadvand!

I’ve had Botox many times before from other surgeons and nurse injectors with no problems. I did find though at one point my brows were dropping and realized I might need to do less Botox in my forehead. My very first time receiving Botox from Dr. Dadvand, I told him I was concerned about my brows dropping and that I wanted a smooth forehead but I also wanted to maintain a little movement. He told me not to worry. We did the Botox and sure enough a couple weeks later, I had the smooth forehead, my brows didn’t drop and I still have a little movement for expression. I am so pleased and will definitely have him do it again!

Dr. Dadvand is an amazing Surgeon and Artist! After having my initial consultation with him I knew that he was the doctor for the job (I even drove three hours one way just to see him). He is professional, patient, kind, and VERY personable. I suffered from gynecomastia (male breasts) since 14 and finally, at 25, decided to get a male breast reduction. The results blew all my expectations away. I am now no longer embarrassed to take off my shirt in public. My only regret was not getting the procedure done sooner. I was born with Biliary Atresia and had 2 emergency surgeries at two weeks old. From infancy growing to adulthood my scar grew along with my body and had transformed and morphed into a part of my abdomen that I truly hated. I knew at the age of 12 that I was going to get plastic surgery to fix it. I am a operating room Registered Nurse and met with various amount of surgeons. I knew what exactly to look for in a surgeon and most importantly what that surgeon could do for me. As soon as I met with Dr. Dadvand I knew that he was the one. He is the surgeon that I have been waiting to meet since I was a child. Although my case is rare, he showed no sign of defeat. Several plastic surgeons I consulted with told me that they were either unable to help me or offered an approach that would take multiple surgeries to fix. Dr. Dadvand listened to what I had envisioned for my body and I felt confident after hearing his approach for my abdomen. I am 6 months post surgery and I would have never imagined of having the stomach that I have always wanted. Not only did he give me my ideal body, he also encouraged me and guided me towards a healthier lifestyle. I now have a personal trainer, practice yoga, and choose healthier meal options. I have absolutely no reservations, regrets, or doubts in my mind that Dr. Dadvand was the surgeon for me.

Dr. Dadvand and everyone in his office made me feel completely comfortable from the second I met them. My gynecomastia procedure was expensive (for me), but I felt like every penny was well spent. The surgery was a complete success, I recovered perfectly, and now my gyno is gone, the scars are practically invisible, and I can move on with my life and continue to work toward my ideal, fit body. On top of it all, Dr. Dadvand is just a great guy; kind, cool, genuinely cares and wants to do the absolute best for you. Would recommend Dr. Dadvand in a HEARTBEAT.

Highly recommend Dr. Dadvand!
A nurse who works in plastics recommended me to Dr. Dadvand when I wanted to get Botox. I was bit hesitant because the previous two times I had Botox (from Dr. H in West Hollywood), it drooped my eyelids. Dr. Dadvand listened to my concerns, and walked me through what he was going to do to try and prevent drooping from occurring. He was conservative, injecting 12 units into my forehead, and 15 units into my 11 lines. The results were wonderful, no droopy eyelids, and lasted about 6 months.
I’ve been getting Juvaderm for 6 years, 4 years with Dr. H in West Hollywood. I bruised every time, some times worse than other times. The last time I had Juvaderm with Dr. H, he massaged my lips so hard after injecting, not only did my lips bruise, but so did the skin above my lip. After that experience, and in combination with the great job Dr. Dadvand did on my Botox, I decided to try Dr. Dadvand for my Juvaderm as well. What a difference! He took the time to properly inject small amounts throughout the lips so there wasn’t a bubble in one area, and was very gentle injecting and massaging the lips, just enough so they would be even. Not only did I not bruise AT ALL, the size, shape, and smoothness of my lips turned out perfectly and exactly as I had imagined them. He did, by far, the best job I’ve had.
Dr. Dadvand truly cares about and takes the time to listen to his patients to help them achieve the results they are looking for. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Dadvand for injections, and highly encourage anyone interested in injections to see him as well!

Dr. Dadvand truly is one in a million. At my consultation for breast reduction, Dr. Dadvand took his time to explain the entire process of what the surgery entailed, listened to all my concerns, and answered all of my questions. He really cares about all his patients and wants nothing but the best for them. I am a week post op today and even though it’s still early, I am already so happy with my results. My back pain and chest pressure that I have suffered with for years are completely gone. There is no doubt Dr. Dadvand has an incredible gift. I am his patient for life and would not trust anyone else except him.
His office team is also wonderful. No matter how many times I have called and bugged them, they have always been so incredibly nice and sincere, and have always been so helpful. The surgical team was also the best. They made me feel so relaxed on the day of my surgery and took such good care of me during recovery. There is something special about Dr. Dadvand and his office. When I think of Dr. Dadvand, I think perfection, I think excellence, I think care.
This post took me over a year to write and for that I am deeply apologetic. But I just had to be sure, and these results speak for themselves.
Dr. Dadvand is an Amazing surgeon. From the minute I walked into his office, greeted by his staff, and shook his hand, I knew I wasn’t going anywhere else. Everything from the consult on day one to post surgery follow ups, everything ran incredibly smooth. Dr. Dadvand truly cares about his patients and about his work, he was there every step of the way and for that I can’t thank him enough.
I had Gynecomastia surgery and had always been a bit self conscious about how my chest looked in or out of a shirt. Getting this surgery was the best thing that had happened to me and changed my life. Over a year later, the results are incredible. No other doctor can do what Dr. Dadvand did. Worst office staff on the planet Earth, or any other planet for that matter! Made an appointment for a FREE consultation and needed to cancel it last minute. Not the best situation, but hey — shit happens. I tried to call, but the office manager neglected to write the name, address, or phone of the physician in her email to confirm! Hello? Time to learn how to write a professional email! So when I finally managed to figure out how to contact her back to cancel she was all up in my grill, ruder than an angry badger and trying to stick me with a $ 150.00 cancellation fee! Seriously. For a free consultation? I think not and I’m sure my credit card company would agree.
For that reason alone, I’d say there are like a million plastic surgeons in L.A. Find another one!

If you are a man who wants to get rid of his gynecomastia and is looking for a doctor you can connect with and is a master at what He does, go to Dr. Dadvand. I am almost 5 months after the procedure, still healing but I can see I chose the perfect doctor. Thank G-​d no scar tissue was formed, the stitches are not noticeable, and the results are outstanding.

My apologies in advance, this will be a little long.
I was referred to Dr. Dadvand by a friend as I had been unhappy and insecure about my breasts for a while, a few years really. I had gained weight and so my breasts grew but when I managed to loose the weight, they shrank. Unfortunately, this just made them sag (chest exercises did not help) and noticeably uneven with areolas I felt were too large. I was not comfortable in swimwear, my bras never fit properly, I was always readjusting myself, in public no less because what are you to do when half your breast has fallen out of your bra? … I swear, they had a mind of they’re own!
My first consultation was back in December 2012, upon entering the office, I was immediately welcomed and made to feel comfortable by Constance. When it came time for my appointment, I was nervous because, as I already mentioned, insecurities. What if I had the worst breasts in the world and they could not be fixed?! I am fully aware of how silly that sounds but it was a fear nonetheless. Dr. Dadvand exuded professionalism, kindness and honesty. He explained the different types of implants, pros and cons, the type of surgery I would need to get my desired outcome (lift and implants) and kindly addressed any concerns and questions I had.
I did not make an appointment that day as I did not feel I was ready to move forward financially but I ended up returning again when I was, in May this year. On the day of my second consultation, Shawntelle welcomed me into the office and offered me coffee and when it began Dr. Dadvand remembered me and and our previous appointment very clearly. Once again we discussed the process, expectations, implants, size, scarring, risks, anything you could possibly need to know. I was sold! «Shut up and take my money!!» LOL I made my surgery appointment with Deborah, pretty much the sweetest woman I have ever met, discussed finances with Baharak, who cracks me up and was set.
On the day of my surgery, I was so excited, they even gave me some snazzy new socks! Dr. Goldstein, the anesthesiologist, made sure I was comfortable, going as far as to put a pillow under my knees so I would not feel stiff after and because he knew I had back problems, I have no idea if that was normal procedure but regardless, it made me feel special! Jared and Ailene, who were assisting Dr. Dadvand, were professional and kind which I found comforting, and well, not much else to say because the anesthesia kicked in!
The surgery was a success and I am so pleased with the outcome. Dr. Dadvand is truly the Breast Specialist! I am no longer insecure about my breasts and feel comfortable with myself. The scarring is impressive, it has been a month since my surgery and already, the scars have faded so much! I highly recommend Dr. Dadvand and his team, between the kindness, honesty, professionalism, they are the whole package. I am so glad I listened to my friends recommendation, their praises were spot on! Thank you Dr. Dadvand, you and your team are awesome and incredibly talented!

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Dr. Dadvand for my breast augmentation. I’m two weeks post-​op and after a no pain recovery process thus far (I’m aware that’s vary rare) I’m thrilled with the results. Everything from his consultation to his post op appointments are extremely informative, non-​pushy, non-​rushed and left me feeling 100% comfortable.

First off, I myself am a physician. I had bilateral male breast reduction surgery for gynecomastia and I whole heartedly recommend Dr. D.
I had thought about getting the procedure done for the past 2 years because I was self-​conscious going to the gym, going to the beach and even just wearing fitted t-​shirts. I finally decided to pull the trigger about 6 months ago and I’m so glad that I did.
I looked around, got several quotes and visited several doctors. I knew I wanted someone that did a lot of these surgeries for guys. I also knew that I wanted a full resection instead of lipo. Dr. D’s office quoted a price right in the middle. It wasn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive but Dr. D really stood out from the rest. He has a great demeanor, is extremely competent and honest but most important of all, he really cares about his patients. Coming from a doctor, I know you can’t put a price on that.
After my initial surgery, I had a lot of swelling. These things happen but even though it was the evening on Valentine’s day, Dr. D took me in and evacuated the swelling as soon as he found out. I eventually needed to go back to the OR one more time but things have turned out great. He really did an excellent job and I’m so glad I had it done by Dr. D. A terrific guy and a great surgeon.

*WARNING*: this is a longer review so if you don’t like to read and/​or have the attention span of a rabbit, skip it. I just know what it’s like to search for the perfect surgeon and wanted to be thorough.
Dr. Dadvand is one of the more down to earth surgeons I’ve met in Beverly Hills/​WeHo area but don’t let that fool you. He’s very knowledgable, double board certified, and completely honest about not only your results but your expectations of them. For instance, I had tumescent abdominal liposuction with him about a week ago. He’s so honest he told me that I didn’t need it, but would take out as much fat as he could. His thing is he wants his lipo patients to look as natural as possible. Dadvond was the first consult I had for lipo and I chose him instantly. But that’s why. His honesty. Plus he’s a perfectionist and has a very good energy/​spirit.
It’s only been a week and even though I’m still swollen I’m loving my results already. The staff is really friendly as well, ESPECIALLY his assistant Deborah. She’s a sweetheart. She goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have and gives the best advice because she has had the same procedure herself. They treat you like family. Again not what you’d expect in the Beverly Hills/​Weho area.
The office itself is super clean and offers all kinds of refreshments while you wait. But I personally have never waited longer than 5 min to see the doc because his staff is pretty efficient.
Tip: try to find street parking instead of parking inside of the building structure itself. Just make sure to read all posted street signs so you won’t end up with a big fat parking ticket. (Gotta love LA)
OH! And last but not least, the ONLY gripe I have is that I had to call a couple of times to remind them to order my prescriptions. However, I know that they’re very busy so it’s understandable. Also I’ve never experienced them answering the phone after 4pm.
Its only been a week and my scar is barely visible. I’m impressed to say the least.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Dadvand a few days ago and it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. He has put together an amazing team from his extremely friendly receptionist, Constance, to Baharak who deals with all the logistics, to the nurses and anesthesiologist. Everyone treats you with such respect and kind warm hearts. I had multiple appointments scheduled to meet different surgeons and dr dadvand was my first. I cancelled all the others right after. He obviously loves what he does and really takes the time to explain everything down to the most obscure and tiny detail. He encourages you to ask as many questions as possible and answers each of them with as much detail as needed. Dr Dadvand gave me great suggestions and reassured me that the ultimate decision was mine but that he would not put anything in my body that he knew would not flatter my shape. I’m so happy with the way everything turned out. I highly recommend going to Dr Dadvand, at least for a consultation. I can guarantee you won’t want to look for a different surgeon, you’ll feel so comfortable and so taken care of that you’ll want to go through with the procedure right then and there.
I was a bit scared to know how much the procedure would cost me and I was surprised by how fair the price was.
