I came here for a stick neck and when I say stiff I mean I literally couldn’t look to the left or right. It hurt to get in or out of bed. I had to put my hand behind my head for support on the way up or down because of how bad the pain was. Dr. Dan was super nice and gentle with my pain. He knew exactly what to do to get me better asap. He did things that other doctors didn’t know to do. He’s been doing this for 32 years and it truly shows. I came in Monday barely able to move and today, Friday, is my third time in and I’m already working out again. So thankful for this place.

I’ve been going to BHCMG for so many years, I can’t remember how long it’s been. I go for chiropractic needs, and for physical therapy.
I can’t praise Dr. Dan and his talents enough in this review! Dr. Dan is the best, most intuitive and well trained chiropractor I have ever had. I regularly go in to get adjustments for my back and neck. Dr. Dan always knows exactly what and where to adjust my back/​neck, which usually gives me instant relief. Dr. Dans work on my body, along with muscle stimulation and traction for my back, has helped me manage my pain tremendously over the years. I can’t thank his practice enough, for what they have done in helping me with my back and neck injuries.
Dr. Z is just as helpful and gracious. When my back goes out, she is genuinely caring and concerned for my well being. We discuss what I did to put my back out, and how I can alleviate/​fix the problem/​pain. She’s very good at communicating her thoughts, her concerns, and what type of treatment she thinks I will benefit most from. She also listens to my concerns and needs intently. Again, very good at communication!
The front desk staff know me very well and treat me like I’m almost a part of the family. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area is nice and clean, and for the most part comfortable. Wait times are usually under 15 minutes or less, consistently. It’s a rare occurrence when I have to wait longer.
When it comes to making an appointment, they prefer you make one of course, so they can manage their time well! But I have had to, on multiple occasions, call in the early morning and go in that same day, because my back went out the day or night before. I’ll call and ask if I can go in that day, and they always say to me, «Come on down! We’ll fit you in.» So I head down when I am able, and they are very accommodating.
If you have a back or neck injury, I recommend going to BHCMG for chiropractic care, and physical therapy. Ask for Dr. Dan Jacobson! He’s truly the best Chiropractor I have ever had.

Definitely a unique experience as far as seeing a doctor. The whole staff is great! Fun, polite and attentive. I can’t say that I have ever waited for more than 5 minutes during any visit here. It’s a one-​stop shop for me and location is really convenient
They work closely together and have great communication. I get picked on religiously, but I dig it haha. Makes me feel like I’m seeing friends rather than a staff.
Dr. Z is always on point and is always excited to answer my endless curiousities. She is a charming pleasure.
Dr. Dan is my favorite Chiro yet. He assessed quickly and accurately. Was more than happy to assess 2 other injuries that I didn’t even come in for! And broke it for me to understand, while holding a light and fun presence.
It’s comfortable, it’s quick, it’s clean… it’s a pleasure to go visit BHCMG.

Amazing. My boyfriend told me about this place because it’s a block and a half from my apartment and he walked there a few months ago when he thought he had a sinus infection. I’ve been sick in bed with what I thought was the flu, but my throat was on fire so I was worried after 2 days of bed rest that I might have strep throat. I called today (Monday) at noon (which is when I woke up) for an appointment and they scheduled me for 1:45pm. Perfect! I walked over and the receptionists were very nice. I filled out paperwork and was immediately then taken to an examination room which was very nice. The nurse was really sweet and asked me for my height and weight (which is awesome because I hate being weighed and I actually won’t do it now after years of being crazy over the numbers I see on the scale – so I just avoid it and I’m totally happy with my body) so I didn’t have to decline and explain why. She just wrote down my estimation. Then she took my blood pressure and temperature, then a throat culture, and left the room. The doctor came in less that 10 minutes later – Dr. Tannaz Zahirpour. She was lovely!!! She said the culture was negative for strep (wow they can test for strep now in 8 minutes… when I was in high school it took 3 days!) but she looked at my throat and said «Yeah…that looks pretty bad,» and took another culture. Then she examined me and gave me a z-​pack. Through it all she was kind, caring, and attentive. Everything a doctor should be.
I’m so glad I came here. I don’t want to get sick again but I know where to come now.

This place is amazing! I went in on MLK day when a ton of other places were closed. The place itself is so nice with parking in the building. The staff was amazing and helped me so much! They really went above & beyond to make sure I felt better. The next day I got a phone call from the doctor checking up on me & seeing how I was doing, which was much appreciated! I’ll definitely be back when needed & would recommend this place to anyone :)

Went in for a walk in flu shot in late October… first timer at this place. The overall visit to the office was fine, typical visit… little did I know the frustration I would experience a few months later…
I have never experienced such inefficiency and lack of professionalism with a medical facility before in my life. PLEASE train your staff regarding customer service and communication!
So two months after my visit, I noticed at $ 150 charge on my credit card from BHCMG. I immediately called the office on 12÷16÷14 and they told me that their billing dept had informed them my insurance was «terminated» (which it was not) and that is why they charged me. First off, I NEVER received a statement/​bill to pay or a phone call from the office to inform me that my insurance was not valid. But since they had my CC info on file, they charged it. Once I expressed my annoyance, the girl starts to explain — with some attitude – that they sent me «multiple» statements (YEA RIGHT!). And if I wanted to further discuss the charge, I would need to call their billing dept. So I did…
But before I call their billing person, I called my insurance to verify my account. They inform me my account is active and there’s no issue on their end. So I proceeded to call BHCMG’s billing lady and she informed me that my insurance company told her my account was «terminated.» UH-​HUH. After I continued to investigate the issue with her, she realized she was missing a # from my insurance account # and that she’ll resubmit the claim to the insurance company with the correct info and let the office know to refund me. What I don’t understand is how a major medical insurance company would tell her that my account was «terminated» instead of telling her that the info she gave was actually not a valid account #. DIDN’T SEEM RIGHT, SOUNDED LIKE BS. Also, verified my address with her since they allegedly sent me so many statements… she confirmed they had the correct address in the system… so then where did all these mystery statements go?!
Called billing again on 12÷30÷14 later since my charge was never taken off. She says my insurance just approved the charge and she will let the office to know to refund me. GREAT! but wait…
A few weeks later, the charge is still on my card. Called the office on 01÷12÷15 and spoke with the office manager… she told me they can’t refund me until my insurance sends the money. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So basically I had to personally shell out my own money to pay off the $ 150 on my credit card (a charge that should have never occurred in the first place) because of A MISTAKE THEY MADE and didn’t want to correct. When I explained to her how unhappy I was about the everything, she said she’ll see if there’s a way to refund me (what BS)…she never called me back to give me an update and I never saw a refund.
Here’s a tip BHCMG: you should have refunded me the minute you realized the mistake was yours, refiled a claim with my insurance company using the CORRECT info, and then charged me again later (and inform me) if my insurance actually rejected the claim. This isn’t even about a measly $ 150, but the principle of running a FAIR business. I would have happily paid them then or now if this was a valid charge.
UPDATE — Called my insurance 1÷27÷15 and they informed me they have paid BHCMG and they CASHED the check on 12÷30÷14. Called BHCMG and they said they refunded my account on 1÷21÷15. WOW took them a month to give me a refund AFTER they took the insurance company’s money??? WTF & BS.

I absolutely love the medical team at BHCMG. DR Z & Dr Dan are a great team which results in complete diagnosis and treatment as needed. I am always seen at my appointment time, and when asked «how I’m doing or what’s going on» they actually listen to what I have to say.

Just returned after about 6 years, and I can’t even begin to explain how superior he is to any other Chiropractor. For some reason I can’t explained I was seeing various other chiropractors that were «recommended» and it dawned on me «What are my doing? These guys are hacks!» and returned to BHCMG and got immediate results. They have an entire gym there, and have therapist (not trainers) guide you through carefully crafted (and sometimes futuristic) restorative workouts. Doctor Jacobson is really amazing, in that his intuitive knowledge of what is wrong with you. As if he has seen and fixed your problem a hundred times (and he probably has). He teaches you to make adjustments to your neck and spine by modifying your posture and your surrounding mussels. He gets right to the problem point, and then treats the cause, as well as the problem. The location is great, I always find nearby free street parking. The facility has every piece of equipment imaginable (wait till they unleash the ‘TERMINATOR” on you). Everyone from the vogue model front desk staff, to the friendly and upbeat therapists are top notch, I never have to even sit down in the waiting room, they always greet me and escort me to the examination room like royalty…

I had a great experience recently. I went in because I wanted to get tested for strep, my throat was killing, had a fever, and white spots on the back of my throat. They tested it and it was negative but quickly treated me seeing it was an infection. They called me a few days later to make sure I was improving. It was a quick experience I may add. I really don’t like waiting forever in doctors offices and rarely go to the doctor for myself. Great job overall!

Amazing family oriented medical services. I cannot express with words my gratitude for all the care you have done for me throughout these years. «Actions speak louder than words» This is true here. This is my family. A medical family that take care of me at all times. Keep up that caring and friendly attitude. Thank you and may God keep pouring His blessings upon you all!

From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave the entire staff is incredibly genunine, caring, and supportive, and most importantly knowledgeable! Dr. Dan has such a great prescence and knowledge base about the body mechanics and creatively designing a treatment strategy that provides the body what it needs in order to heal the fastest. I have brought all members of my family to this office whenever sports injuries arrise. I highly reccomend the doctors, staff, and facility! Kudos to all! BHCMG is the best medical office I’ve been to since moving to LA. I love Dr. Zahirpour! She is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients and it shows in her constant smile. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and extremely thorough. She answered all my questions and made sure I was well taken care of. She is truly an exceptionally great doctor and I am so lucky to have found her. I highly recommend Dr. Zahirpour!

I LOVE BHCMG!!! I had a bad horse back riding accident a few years ago and at that time I didn’t have much faith in Chiropractors. Well, I could not have been more wrong. Dr Dan and his amazing staff had me up and walking in 4 weeks verses the 6 months that had been told to me by other doctors. I have referred numerous family, friends, clients and coworkers to them for all kinds of services. They are now my GO TO doctors office. From flu shots to diet to immunizations for traveling. Everyone is so friendly and you feel like family. The energy is welcoming, alive and fresh. I’m also a clean freak… and they pass that test with flying colors. I now live over an hour away and still make the drive. IT’S SOOO WORTH IT!!!

I have been coming here for some time and have always had a great experience. I recently started bringing my kids here as well. The staff is kind and professional, the office is spotless and they treat everything from broken bones to sinus infections. Also, I never have to wait. Most recently, I also have been seeing the amazing Dr. Dan for lower back pain and I feel so much better. I feel so lucky to have place I can call any day for basically any medical reason. In a nutshell, this is the best medical office I have ever been to since I moved here 11 years ago.

The staff here at Comprehensive couldn’t be more helpful. The girls are beautiful and treat me with the utmost respect and care. Anytime I am running late or need to reschedule they are accommodating and kind. The office is a very pleasant environment, and all of the machines are clean and up to date. This office should be your go to office if you live in Beverly Hills, Venice, or even studio city. Thank you Beverly Hills comprehensive medical group for always treating me as if I’m the only patient that comes here. I highly recommend this office!!!
