Beverly Hills Music Together

This is a pleasant music class that my daughter really enjoys. We go in every Sunday at 9:30 and every time we park out in front my 2 year old daughter says, «I love this class!»
They give you a CD of all the songs in the 1 hour classes so the kids are excited and ready.
The class is very interactive and I would recommend it to any parent for their children from age one and up. I will soon be taking my newborn as well.

At first, I thought this class was the weirdest music class ever. I laughed to myself as the teacher sang the silly songs. But after attending for a while, I started noticing that my daughter really enjoys it! The music is really meant to teach your child rhythm, melody, sounds, words, movement, and much more. Its not just a sing along class. I now find my daughter mimicking the songs as we play the cd’s in the car. She really enjoys it and I really enjoy watching her have so much fun listening. I recommend for those who want a non-​hyper music class for their kids.

I took class here a number of years ago and after just listening to another friend’s unfortunate experience here, decided to write about it. All of us loved the curriculum and wonderful musical experience that these classes offer our little ones. What we did not enjoy were our experiences with the director Siree. While she is decent enough with the kids, she is downright rude to parents. I can’t believe that someone who works with children all day and is supposed to lovingly instill the joy of music can be so sour, unkind and even at times sarcastic and rude. I’ve yet to meet one person who recommends the class without giving the caveat of «try to get in a class with any other teacher other than Siree». It amazes all of us (and this includes many other mothers I’ve met casually over the years and discussed this class with) that she still has this job.

Music Together is a great music class for toddlers. You receive new songs on CD and a book with the music and lyrics each 10 week session so it makes it fun for the toddlers to learn new songs. We play it in the car on long rides and she really enjoys them. Siree, the instructor, is great about make up classes when our little ones are sick, and is the best instructor. She makes the class interactive and fun for the toddlers. If you live near Beverly Hills, I would definitely recommend trying the class.
