Beverly Hills Storage

I rented a space at Beverly Hills Storage for approximately two months. Robert and his staff were very friendly and professional during all my interactions with them. Unfortunately there was a small misunderstanding regarding the contract, however Robert was great in finding a solution. I highly recommend Beverly Hills Storage and would rent from them again.

I was quoted prices for pick up and delivery as well as a Ubox from Minneapolis to LA. When I had finally moved and was preparing to have my Ubox delivered to my new studio I was suddenly quoted a new price for all of my belongings which they had. The new price was beyond double what I was originally quoted. I was stupified and upset. The move was hard and I had a few days to complete everything due to my wild schedule. The staff at this establishment went above and beyond what I couldve imagined, they listened to copies of phone conversations and were able to prove the price I was originally quoted, they delivered immediately for me and were so kind and graciuous thoughout each phone conversation. I am so grateful for their work on my behalf.

I’ve rented storage units numerous times, and Beverly HIlls Storage is by far the best place I have ever used. I’ve really had an outstanding experience with them. Their facility is spotless, and they have everything onsite to make your move as simple as possible. Using the old fashioned elevator (that is large enough to fit several cars) was an incredible experience each time in itself. My small lofted storage space was reasonably priced and Robert was great. He took care of all the paperwork as we moved our things in, and he was extremely honest and straight forward. The facility is top notch and the employees actually want to help and accommodate you. I’m really happy with my decision to store my valuables here as they make it as easy as possible. Highly, highly recommended.

I use this storage facility for work and the staff are always super helpful. Everyone that works there is nice and attentive which makes the experience more enjoyable. They are always willing to lend a helping hand and I would definitely recommend this business for your storing needs!

My family had our storage with BH Storage for nearly four years! I highly recommend. The location is excellent, just off Charleville, some parking in back but easy metered parking. What was important to our family was the personal care and attention we received, and professionalism. Robert is wonderful and we felt as if we were with a family, trusted and caring. The only part that may be difficult for some is they are not open on Saturday, but otherwise open including Sunday. Given the excellence, to me the Saturday closed is minor compared to the value, I believe rates are market price, one might do better at a storage facility freeway adjacent but to us this was well worth the investment and piece of mind.

The best, most convenient and affordable storage in Beverly Hills!!! They also have the nicest staff!!! I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

What a weird little place. I needed boxes for a move, so I looked up local U-​haul places. This was the closest, and by george it really was close. Took me a minute to figure out exactly how to get there (you enter from Charleville via alley way… totally sketch right?) The gate (like garage door gate was up and there was a storage garage filled with both boxes and plates, mugs etc. Even more weird. I asked where I could park and there was no parking so he told me to just park parallel to the building and I risked a ticket doing that. Anyway, I was able to get wardrobe boxes and XL and L boxes. I wanted Med and SM but they were out. Prices were ok. For 2 wardrobes, 3 XL and 3 LG i paid $ 48 and some change. To me, not worth it, but oh well, I definitely needed the wardrobes… even though I should have gotten more.
I still don’t understand all of the serving plates. Maybe they also sell corningware? For your next dinner party, if you run out of dishes you can come here for more! ;)

Robert and Arturo are the best! It was our first time using a storage unit and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. We needed a bigger space than we had originally thought and they were so accommodating… they had our new space ready in no time.
We thought because of the «Beverly Hills» location that their prices would exceed our budget, but they were very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with our decision.

Upon entering Beverly Hills Storage for the first time, I was warmly greeted by Robert, the owner. He is not only knowledgeable and courteous, but warm and friendly.
Parking is in the back and right next to the building which makes it very convenient when taking down boxes!

I completely forgot to write a review. This place was a heaven sent when I moved from a three bedroom to a one bedroom. Robert was very friendly and more than helpful! If I need a storage facility again this will be the first place I’ll go.

Great storage facility. The owners are the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. Great tea! The old school elevator is very cool… Okay about what you people care about. Clean facility, well maintained and secure. The prices are very very reasonable and you’re in Beverly Hills. Give them a call when looking for storage you might be surprised. Great place.

We have used this storage for the past 2 years and have had absolutely no complaints. Robert, who runs the place, is there on a daily basis (place is closed on Saturdays), is attentive to your needs and always on the spot when it comes to recommendations about moving trucks, packing, etc. The place is clean, has a huge elevator, multiple carts for transporting stuff and parking.
We will stop using this storage because we are relocating far away, but we are recommending it highly to anybody looking for affordable storage in an excellent location! We will miss you Robert!

In terms of a storage place, it doesn’t get any better than this!
Their rates are very affordable and cheaper than many of the places in Santa Monica and the valley. The owner, Robert, is incredibly friendly and helpful! He helped me unload all my things and put them into storage.
I am even having things delivered and Robert will add them to my space for me.
They have an elevator from the 1920s that used to take cars up into the building. It’s a very cool experience riding on the elevator to go to your storage unit.
It’s a little hard to find as its in an alley behind S. Beverly Dr. But parking is always easy and there is always someone there to help!

I had a great experience with this place. I reserved a U-​Haul truck a few days before I needed to pick it up (a 10′ foot, one-​way to San Francisco), and they gave me a better than competitive deal. When I went to pick it up, they had the truck out and ready to go. The owner was very friendly and they gave me free miles on top of what we had previously agreed.

This place was great, the only reason I didn’t give four stars is that I found it a bit difficult to locate. Friendly staff, had the truck I requested all ready when I arrived. Not much else I could ask for!

Not so at all. i just moved my things out of Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage (not affiliated with Beverly Hills storage) which is in Gardena, and I was paying 380 a month. At Beverly Hills storage I am paying 220 for the same space, AND their storage is super clean which is very important. A lot of places have rat, roach, bug problems, NOT this place.
Robert the owner is helpful and you can get in and out of there when you want. They have workers that will help you if you need it and the area being in Beverly Hills is super convenient.
While I had my move put of the other expensive storage to this storage Robert had the Uhaul truck waiting for me at 9am with 2 labor workers that were awesome. I paid 20 for the truck, plus gas and the miles. Then I paid the workers 9 bucks an hour. (I tipped them more). The whole move cost me 300…700 LESS that the other storage moving company quoted me.
This place is GREAT.

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. Okay, listen closely… I rented a Uhaul truck from these guys and here’s the two-​fold schyster move they make with their rigged truck odometers. I am positive that I only drove 4.5 miles for the use of the truck from the time I picked up the truck to the time I returned it. The gas meter did not move after I plunked 2.5 gallons of gas ($ 5) into the truck to put it back the way I got it.
So the rude old dude says ‘The gas needs to be filled up”. I tell him I just put 2.5 gallons in it after only driving 4.5 miles and the meter should be fine. He insists that I have to get the meter back to where it started. So I go drive around the corner to fill up another $ 5 in the tank — NOTHING. The meter is not moving. I put $ 10 in the tank — it still doesn’t move. This is $ 20 of gas for 4.5 miles of driving — Bull $#!+. So I bring the truck back and he says the needle isn’t moving and I say, ‘Too bad. I just put $ 20 of gas and the needle is broken. So they ring up my bill and then tell me the odometer is 9.5 miles and charge me accordingly.
I explain the exact route that I drove to Robertson Blvd. and Wilshire Blvd. and how I moved 3 blocks away. The calculations should GENEROUSLY be 4.5 miles — you do the math. They give me a hard time and charge me for 9.5 miles. They were rude, defensive and I accuse them of rigging the trucks. They got super defensive and dismiss me. There was another customer there returning a truck who was complaining about the SAME SCAM. These guys are crooks and should go out of business.
