I had a satisfactory experience with Blackstone Realty and management. I was a tenant in a property managed by them and never experienced trouble reporting problems or getting things fixed. They responded quickly to maintenance issues and were overall very help full.

We were renting a property that was managed by Dante@Blackstone for over 2 years.
This guys are PRO by all means! A prompt respond for every call with a great service and best service team. We never had to wait more then a day, all issues were taken care right away on the best way. We were very pleased with Dante and his team.

I recently rented a one bedroom in Sherman Oaks that was handled by Blackstone. I’ve never worked with such professional people. Anton was so nice and totally on top of any issue that came up. I loved the apartment but had to move out of the area. I hope to have the opportunity to rent from them again.

We recently rented a studio managed by Anton@Blackstone Realty and we’re very pleased with his prompt response on various matters. For example, when the air conditioner
went out, he had it replaced with a brand new one within days. He also worked with our prior landlord on getting our deposit back in full as promised.

My experience with Anton and Blackstone Realty & Management was very positive. From viewing the unit originally and going through the application process, they were very professional and quick decision makers. They were flexible on move-​in dates and were happy to prorate the first month for me.
We were in the property for one year, and didn’t need much attention, but the few things we needed were attended to and handled professionally and courteously. The property was in very good condition and we returned it in exactly the same condition. Our security deposit was returned promptly. I would rent another property through Blackstone in the future without hesitation.

Very professional and very helpful.
I recently purchased my condo in Hollywood with the help of these fantastic gentlemen. I was a tenant in a unit they were managing. We had always had open and honest dialogue about my desire to someday purchase the unit I was leasing. When the opportunity arose to buy the condo, there was no doubt in my mind that I was going to use Anton and Dante. They were great while I was leasing so I knew they would be good during the purchase process. As a first time buyer, I obviously had questions and concerns and I feel they did an excellent job with their service as my realtors. They are very easy to contact. They seem to work all the time and are always reachable and quick to respond. They even helped with recommending a lender.
As a first time buyer, I didn’t know what to expect and I must say the process was so smooth, I was pleasantly surprised. If I ever need a realtor or property manager, I would work with Blackstone anytime. Thanks for doing your best for me.

I rented through Blackstone Realty for a year. Anton was extremely accommodating and understanding! I am so thankful that I got to meet and work with Anton and his staff. They were so friendly and helped me in any way they could. I lived down a steep trail and was moving in by myself and Anton and his co worker helped me move my big heavy stuff down the trail when we met up for me to get the keys. They go above and beyond and Anton was always a phone call away and would call right back if I missed him. Best property management team I’ve ever worked with!

I can’t praise Anton enough. He is very responsive and does his best to assist you in any way he can. Blackstone took over management of the apartment I was renting. Although there were some issues with the landlord, Blackstone was very professional and was a wonderful liaison. When I moved out, Anton was very helpful and worked hard to get my deposit back. With Anton’s hard work, I was able to get my full deposit.
My family owns a lot of property and I would recommend Blackstone to both a landlord or a tenant.

I have been working with Anton of Blackstone to lease my condo in West LA for the last five years. He has gotten me good tenants that have paid their rent on time and gotten them in a timely fashion. The first time he got $ 100 more than the asking price. I just completed my third lease and am hoping for the best. I would definitely recommend them for leasing your condo.

Despite other reviews I’ve read about this company, I must say that we did have a good experience with them. We dealt, most of the time, directly with the person who originally showed us the condo, Anton, and we are very pleased with their performance. To add to this, the deposit was received within just 3 days of our returning the keys. We’re very satisfied with their services.

Upon the start, to the finish of my tenancy, my girlfriend and I received fabulous management to all degrees. Whether it was small or large, any problem would be attended to promptly, and accurately.
I must say, I have lived in numerous cities and many rentals, none comparing to the attentiveness I received. People have mentioned communication problems in previous posts, but I received the complete opposite. Anton was great. Blackstone is great. And I highly recommend them as a management company.

I moved into my apartment in Beverly Hills and in the time I lived there, I had a great experience with Blackstone. They were always very kind and super helpful. My property manager Dante was amazing, I always felt like if I ever needed anything I could call or text him and he’d get back to me fast and made sure I got whatever I needed. Not only was Dante always helpful, but I felt like he was genuine and cared about me as a tenant. It was such a great experience and I would recommend Blackstone to anybody moving to that area.

Always helpful and there when you need them!
I just moved across the country a few months ago and let me just say that these guys were always there when I needed them. Upon moving in my roommate and I fell in love with our place and felt comfortable speaking with Anton, who was just a call or text away. I am moving and have to leave my least early due to a job transfer (or else I would be staying!) and when I explained my situation Anton was more than happy to help me in any way that he could.
Most companies would not be willing to help at all, so knowing that they were on my side was such a blessing.
I would totally suggest them to any friends or family moving into the area

Review from a Tenant looking for a new unit.
I can’t believe this company is still in business. I’m not sure they even care to try to rent out units to tenants. My wife and I have been looking and found one of their listings, but the agent at Blackstone (Dante) never returns calls or texts. Days will go by without any communication from him.
If you are a landlord looking for an agent, look elsewhere. You’re wasting your time with Blackstone and Dante.
