Business Owner

Blaze Modelz and Talent Management was founded in 2010 by former model, Stefanie Blasé.

Ms Blasé started her career with Elite Model Management NYC at the early age of 16 and was booked for high fashion, print and runway.

After a lengthy modeling career, she became a mentor, and more models started reaching out to her for advice. Blasé started building a name for herself in both aspects of the industry.

After being in the industry for over ten years, from modeling, giving great advice, and building solid relationships with models, designers, bookers, photographers, directors, etc. Blasé decided to take her career to the next level and started her own Agency «Blaze Modelz» which is now a Full Service Agency representing both National and International Models.

Blaze Modelz also believes in giving back to the community and has supported charities such as the Heart foundation, the children’s tumor foundation and Lang foundation.

Blaze is now based at the Yahoo center in Santa Monica!

I once had high expectations working as a model for this company, but to my surprise, I am no longer satisfied with this company. I understand what it means to be persistent and show people that I mean business and that I am ready to work. However, I feel like I have to chase people down to get their attention and even then still get nothing in return.
I was spending $ 20 every month to get my profile managed. I understand my photos were being edited and once they were done, I showed Stefanie via email and all I got was «they’re nice» commentary and she told me to call her back at a certain hour because she was in a meeting. Time and time again I called, left voice messages, text messages, & emails. I am or until now, was their client and felt like I didn’t get the respect I deserved. I felt like my $ 20 per month wasn’t being invested wisely.
Overall, I am very disappointed in this company. I will be looking elsewhere where my business is actually appreciated.

Stephanie Blasé is a SCAM artist, fake, rude and unprofessional. I have been trying to get my money for months. She paid other models for the same job, but not others. She steals your money. She doesn’t know the casting she even sends you on. She has 3 phones, 4 addresses. She’s extremely rude, nasty and spiteful. She said billing is like 90 days or so. Its past that. Why pay one model and not the other one. She avoids calls, so please avoid this SCAM ARTIST!!! She steals people’s money!!! BEWARE of STEPHANIE BLASE. Do not sign with her. Even photographers dont want to work with her. She doesn’t promote her models. her picture is on her website. She doesn’t keep up with her social media because she is to busy stealing money from models.RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.

I’ve been working with Blaze Model & Talent Management on and off and have nothing to complain about. Stefanie is a hard working manager who does her best to get her models booked nationally and internationally. I can see there are some complaints here at Unilocal and I do feel sorry they have a different experience than I had. I know sometimes it’s difficult for Stefanie because a client the models worked for would be late with payment, but she usually drops the unreliable ones. I hope the disgruntled models will be able to solve their problems with the management and get their payments, as much as I wish Blaze to continue to thrive.

Stephanie is an excellent model agent! If she believes in you, she will do whatever she can to book you gigs. She works harder then anyone in the industry and is a true hustler for her clients. Work is constantly on her mind and is honestly one of the nicest and best people in the business. I love her and will always recommend potential clients to her. So when it comes to modeling forget about the rest and just use Steph. You will thank yourself later

Now that I have called her out publicly on how unprofessional she is, Stefanie is continuing to private message me so that her future clients will not be able to see her unprofessional, rude comments. No Stefanie, I will not give you my real name. If you can not understand that at this point it’s the principal of the matter and not the money, you truly do not deserve anymore of my time. My goal of this review is to not get my money, it’s to make sure no other models sign with you. If they do, I truly hope they quickly realize that they should not be with an agency who has the owner’s ‘modeling’ images on the home page of the website, or even here on Unilocal for crying out loud. So you can continue to look for me in your files but you won’t find a Cecilia. I suggest you spend your time and what energy you have from those naps at your desk, building a better agency. I too am waiting on a payment that is 4 months past when I worked the actual event. I really liked Stefanie when I met her and she has kept me up to date on what is going on with the client but now I am hesitant to ever work for this company again because of their contracts and being unable to get clients to pay.

i am a former model and makeup artist who now does lasshes. I met stephanie threw my bisiness. i showed stephanie my sons photos and she told mte to come on in and she will interview him. i was so pleased with the way she treated my son he is now a blaze model and she has provided several photographers to reshoot his picures. Derek loved stephanie and briidget. The girls made my son feel so good about himself and uged him to persue modeling. I now my son has a great look and he needs to trim up a bit. Stephanie got him to join the gym and he is so excited to go on castings and possibley be booked in europe or for some catalogue work. She didnt have to sign my son but she saw his awesome features and his great hiieght advantage and realized he will make a great model. Derek is so excited to start going on castings. i am keepiing him exclusive with blaze. midels becouse i am very secure with the potential he has and stephanie is a wonderful agent with many great client contacts. iDerek just finished his comp card and stephanie picked out his pictures. Cant wait to see where his future leads him in the modeling and acting world. I will only have him work with the best and most professional agency and that is blaze. thank you stephanie you are a ture proffesional.
