Bodywork by Mark

As a Personal Trainer and fellow Body Therapist, I understand there’s more to Massage Therapy than just getting someone relaxed. Mark understands the way the body works, the proper way it should move, the way a muscle belly should feel, the stronger areas vs weak areas and that’s what makes him more than just an average Massage Therapist. I would compare Mark to almost a Physical Therapist because of his extensive knowledge and techniques he uses. I personally had tight hip flexors, low back and hamstrings from a low back injury in the L4-​L5 area. Over the course of a little over 6 months, seeing Mark 1 – 2 times a week, he was able to relieve a lot of pain in my low back and hamstrings. Now I’m able to keep that area loose from what he’s taught me and for that I’m thankful. THANKS MARK!

As a masseur I am very picky about who I allow to work on me. Mark has a calm reassuring demeanor and strong intuitive hands. He warned me before beginning his work that it would be intense at times. It was. However afterwards, I have to say my body hasn’t felt better. If I can’t work on myself, at least I can call Mark and have him work on me. If I’m not going to recommend myself at least I can recommend Mark.
