Bosley – Hair Restoration

3yrs later and my hair is phenomenal and looks fantastic anyone and everyone I meet says they can’t believe my age. It’s so nice to get my haircut shampoo trimmed and have a stylist now.

Dr. Zadnick and his staff are probably the best medical staff that ever done work on me.
i came in yesterday for a hair transplant expecting to spend, $ 10K on 2200 grafts. He re-​evaluated me and realized that the other doctor (non-​BosleY) who had told me of an estimate was off.
Dr. Zadnick is extremely friendly, and he is conservative when assessing you in order to give you a hair line that ideal for your skull. On top of that he calls you after the operation and genuinely care about your health and outcome more than the revenue he’s bringing in.
I wish I knew/​remembered his staff’s names, but they were all wonderful people. They made sure i was taken care of for all 8 hours. Their main priority is your comfort and safety. They made sure i had food in my stomach before the procedure when I mentioned i forgot to eat breakfast.
They did an excellent job explaining how to use the post surgery sprays, medications,
I know alot of Bosley offices operate differently, but this one definitely operates on a high standard across the board.

Despite the fact that Dr. Suddleson is a great doctor and did a very good job, I was extremely disappointed in the sheer arrogance of Steve, the sales guy. Dr. Suddleson who is a very calm professional and polite man was more interested in my business than the sales guy who was seemingly in a hurry to get me out. It’s a shame because I’ll just spend the money I was prepared to spend with them elsewhere.

Almost a year after my procedure, I couldn’t be happier with the results with my hair/​hairline. From the initial consultation with expert adviser Steve Costomiris I got the sense that the care and the procedure would be handled with the highest of standards; and they were. The attention to detail and experience from Dr. Deutsch truly put me at ease from the day he met my receding hairline and hair loss at the top, to the moment he put the gloves on and went to work surrounded by a terrific surgical staff. He, and many others involved in my procedure checked in immediately and consistently right after the procedure and in the months to follow. I was clearly instructed on what MY responsibilities were before and after, and the importance I played in taking the necessary steps, and they were right. I continue to be treated to the highest of standards and had (have) no hesitation in recommending this group to my friends and family.

I went to Bosley because of knowing one of the people on their commercial, I worked with him at a company in Van Nuys. He was bald on top, the way he looked in the after part, was the reason I figured it would be money well spent. I was wrong, running my hands through my hair is the sad part of this, the front sides, crown and top are still thin, they draw you in and want more money to get his look. I was never told their would be this kind of issue with the procedure. You spend your hard earned money you expect a lot more then what I got, Joshua said, the doctor put more procedures are needed, it says over time, that does not mean, I will have to have several procedures done in a row, they never said that, Rachael never said that, she does not work there anymore, so I cannot talk to her about this main issue. I spent 12,750 dollars for a thin look? I will not go back to them and would like to get some of my money back in this misleading advertisement, you have this done, your happy, well that is probably because they paid you in your having several procedures done on their dime to draw people in. My Sister-​in law said I should consider having a hair transplant, I did not let her know I did, that is truly sad, then all Joshua can say is I should talk to the doctor and that will get me what, Oh spend more money, ya right, that is their main goal, not client satisfaction. It is up to the doctor if your procedure requires more work done on their part, figure that one out, what a waste.

Wow. 5 stars now. Steve and Dr. Andrews really adressed all of my issues and concerns. They have also agreed to fix ALL issues I had with my initial surgery. I had doubt in the company but all of my doubts have been demolished by their professionalism.
I know how you feel right now. I too was lost on whether or not this really works and how does it all happen. .
It truly works. It’s not just some commercial or some paid people.. I’m a real life person telling you it works. Sure I had a hiccup in my procedure. but they’re fixing it. But the hair does really grow where they put it.
You go in… they look at your needs… show you your options… get you financing. make an appointment for the procedure… you show up and in a few hours you’re done… takes a few months to heal… and a few more for the hair to start showing up… you feel like it’s not really gonna grow. and then bam… it shows up… it’s freaken amazing.
Tips.
Don’t go for the lowest hairs you can possibly get… because you’ll realize later that it actually works and you’re gonna end up going in for a 2^nd procedure. .you might as well max it out the first time.
You chose how you want your hairline to be. They do know what they’re doing but it’s you who’s going to be looking in the mirror every day so get it your way.
Don’t be late to the procedure
Use only the basic after care products. not all are needed. saves you a few hundred $.
You are going to get a scar on the back of your head but once your hair grows no one will be able to see it. There is the other option of no scar but it’s double the price. If I had the $, I would have gotten that.
Go with Dr. Andrews. Hes honest, knowledgeable, sincere and is a scar master. .he knows how to make your scar show the least.
Overall experience was outstanding. I’m a true believer of this Beverly Hils location now. Thanks Steve and Dr. Andrews.

I’ve had two procedures with Dr. Deutsch and could not be happier with my result. I strongly believe you get what you pay for in this field, and though not the cheapest place in town, it’s really the best. It’s been 7 years since I got my hair restored, and I’m happy with my decision and it’s withheld the test of time.

Candy and Carmen are simply amazing. As a nurse I was impressed by the quality, the efforts made to ensure my comfort and the details involved in such a delicate procedure. Dr. Deutsch took my concerns to heart and kept me involved as he enhanced my hair line and assured me of a natural result. My counselor Rachel held my hand when I needed and ensured everything was in order. She has compassion and amazing positive energy. The anesthesia was virtually painless and the medical assistants were detailed and focused workers. They all treated me like a VIP. Sorry I didn’t do this sooner!

Worst Experience… I came here in my twenties when I started experiencing some hair loss. I was in college at the time and as any student had limited resources, but my hair loss was having a negative affected my life. I decided I’d invest for my future. I got about 1500 grafts… horrible experience, not only did they take out too many follicles that they did not use, I told them I could feel the incision and the reply was don’t worry it won’t take long. I was in excruciating pain. When it was complete I followed direction to the note. Once I was able to wash my hair, the hair that I had fell out and some hair that was transplanted also fell out. Almost hands full of hair just fell out. I reported this when I went back for my check up, they said don’t worry it will grow back in, It never did, I called back a few times and explained the situation to the receptionist and she told me a doctor would get back to me. They never did and I gave up. Now I have patchy hair which I keep shaved. Completely Awful. I was thinking about going to another specialist, but I’m so afraid that I’ll experience more pain and lose even more money and time that I just stay away.

DANGER!!! Don’t use this place just got out and it’s a scam first I have a consultation in Las Vegas staff is super nice they paint the best picture for u they promise u this and that but when u arrive to there office the doctor tell u the truth I drove all the way from Vegas took days off work just to come was very exited had already had everything ready talked prices and was ready to do it but as soon as I get here everything changes the salesman tells u one thing but the bill is another then they start to give u different options I am super upset at this place and would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy I do not mind paying just don’t promise me something make me drive 5 hours pay hotel gas food and then give a whole different story WORST. The salesman was only a salesman — he has no personal experience with eyebrow transplantation, or hair transplantation of any kind. He could have been selling ANYTHING. He was fine — I have NO complaints about him whatsoever. He was perfectly FINE. But everyplace else, you speak with the doctor who does the procedure. At least the salesman could have been a person who had had the procedure. But he was not (I asked). Given this, the price was not significantly cheaper than places where the actual doctor speaks with you. Also, you have VERY FEW before/​after pics of eyebrow transplantation. The salesman tried to say that «women don’t want their pictures displayed,» and stuff like that, but I have had several cosmetic procedures and I think women would be FLATTERED to be featured as a before/​after, since the whole face is not featured, just the eyebrow area. No one would know who it actually is. So that made me think that Bosley does not do that many eyebrow transplantations, or at least not that many GREAT ones, so that is the reason why they don’t have more than just a few pictures to show. Considering it’s a big company, with lots of locations, Bosley should have MANY more before/​after pics than a doctor who is a sole practitioner with only one location. This did not inspire my trust in Bosley or their practitioners. I wonder why they don’t have the doctor meet the prospective patient, but of course it’s economics. So they should be A LOT cheaper than the places where the doctor does the consultations with prospective patients. I found a doctor who does ONLY hair transplants and eyebrow transplants, who does maybe a dozen eyebrow procedures a month, who gave me a free consultation, and discussed both the procedure with me personally as well as the cost, which most cosmetic surgeons do not do – they have their assistants discuss the costs. So I was really impressed with this guy. He was a bit more expensive than Bosley, but Bosley was already over $ 5,000, and if I’m paying that much already, I don’t mind paying maybe a thousand more for this kind of treatment and the confidence it inspires. There is no way that a salesman who has never had any hair transplantation procedures, and probably no cosmetic procedures at all ever, can sell a procedure like this well. Most of the assistants in cosmetic surgeons’ offices that you speak with have had at least one, and often SEVERAL, cosmetic procedures, and can speak about them through experience. It’s one thing to buy a car from a salesman that doesn’t own that car — at least he has driven it once or twice. This was not a good way to sell hair/​eyebrow transplantation. I’m sure it works, and I’m sure MANY people pay Bosley their rather high fee for the service they provide, because it’s harder to do the research to find an independent doctor, but I would rather not go with this set-​up.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Deutch! His staff of Diana, Coriis, Latoya and Jasmen we unbelievable. they listened and made sure I had no pain an dno scars. This is the best place and i will tell all of my friends to come here!!! Thank YOU!!!

I went to Bosley to correct a balding & thinning issue on the top/​front area of my head. I had the consultation & was impressed with my counsellor Steve & the meeting with Dr. Deutsch. They both explained to me the area that they would focus on as well as how the procedure is conducted.
I underwent the procedure in February & Dr. Deusch was vocal & informative the entire time. The procedure itself was painless. I watched a movie through most of it.
7 months after the procedure & my problem areas are gone. The new areas have filled in with no issues at all.
The growth was gradual & natural, nobody I know has even noticed I had anything done.
The grafts have filled in to look totally natural.
I couldn’t be more pleased & would recommend Bosley to anyone I know.
There surgeons are the best in the business.
My only regret is waiting as long as I did to correct the issue.

horrible… would never go back! had 2 hair transplants there by 2 different docs… it looked thin and noticeable… went to Dr. Feller in NY afterwards to get the awful transplant fixed… he put a lot of additional grafts in and now I have the hairline I had as a teenager. Avoid Bosley at all costs, there are only a few really talented hair transplant surgeons in the whole world, don’t go to this hair mill

When I was growing up, I saw some hair transplants that were laughable — they looked like a doll’s head, with hairs implanted in bunches.
No wonder when I noticed the amount of hair in my head started to diminish and my forefront began to grow, hair transplantation was not one of the options that came to mind.
However, one night, watching a Bosley TV commercial made me change my mind to, at least, have a consultation and go from there — nothing more, nothing less. So I did… The consultation was set and when I got to the clinic in Beverly Hills, I was greeted by Steven Costomiris, the guy that came to be my personal consultant along with Dr. Mark Andrews. The consultation itself was conducted in a informal atmosphere but you could feel the knowledge and expertise flowing in the air.
I got out of there so impressed that I decided to give it a try. Both Steven and Dr. Andrews have warned me that, once the first procedure was done, I would be so happy and impressed with the results that I would come in for another procedure. They couldn’t be more right… I ended up having a total of three procedures and couldn’t be happier! I haven’t found ONE person that looks at me and asks me «did you have a hair transplant/​restoration procedure?» which is exactly the way it’s supposed to be: no one can tell. My hairdresser still can’t believe how natural it looks — every time I have a hair cut she looks and looks at my scalp and always says the same thing: «I can’t tell that anybody had anything to do with your hair growing like this.»
If you are thinking about having a hair restoration procedure, do yourself a favor and have a consultation with Bosley first. Call Steven Costomiris at their Beverly Hills office and ask for Dr. Andrews for your consultation.
The results are awesome, permanent and undetectable. They took my hair from the back of my head (above the neck) and transplanted it to areas that Dr. Andrews determined to be the right places for them. In some months, my hair started to grow on the top and front areas of my scalp, where Dr. Andrews implanted the hair bulbs.
Now I have a full head of hair, 6 years after my first procedure and couldn’t be happier.

My husband was lucky enough to come across Greg Sarkissian at Bosley a while back and Greg was one of the best, funniest, most down to earth people we have come across. My husbands receding hairline was becoming a bit of depressing thing for him at his young age of 30. With Greg’s kindness and help, he was able to get a transplant. I was looking at his old pictures comparing them with newer ones when I realized it wouldn’t do Greg or Bosley any justice if I didn’t take the time to review them. I honestly would recommend this for anyone going through the same thing my hubby went through and I would ask to see Greg too!!!
