History
Established in 2005.
The Diamond Is Forever! project was the brainchild of David J. Sherry who in 2005 envisioned a music project based on the Neil Diamond songbook that focused on the authentic delivery of his music and lyrics. With a strong background in musical drama a striking resemblance both physically and vocally to Neil Diamond, David found it easy to fall into the tribute format. The music was the real challenge – that is, putting together a band withthe right sound and feel with musicians who were inspired to get it right. David met that challenge so successfully that Diamond Is Forever! quickly became one of the leading Neil Diamond Tributes in the United States.
