Don’t Walk Yet

Don’t Walk Yet, a.k.a. Eviction Rescue, a.k.a. Liberty Bell Civil, a.k.a DavZink Realty, Inc., a.k.a. Davzink Inc., is a boiler-​room scam firm run by Brian Zink that calls people up who are getting evicted and charges them money for telling them they will stall the eviction. The real president’s name is Isaac Davidi, not «David Christian», and he’s an Israeli. Mr. Davidi has recently diversified, and is now running the Davidi Investment Group, which specializes in flipping homes that have been foreclosed.

After being guaranteed I could stay in my home, I signed up with Don’t Walk Yet in May 2011.
Shortly after, I learned from my attorney (who really helped me stay in my home) that it is ILLEGAL in the state of California to collect fees for the service in the manner that they routinely do.
Before a month has passed I cancelled the program with them. They had done nothing.
They continued to charge my checking account every month for the next several months, raking up thousands in charges. I continually phoned, emailed and sent cancellation letters. Each time I got a hold of anyone I was assured I would receive a refund.
This continued for months until I spoke to their «president» David Christian. He assured me I would receive a full refund both verbally and via email.
It has now been almost a year and they have still not refunded me or responded to numerous complaints.
They are a scam operation preying on the desperation of homeowners losing their homes.
I am suing the company in small claims court.
