I was treated by this office after my motorcycle accident, since I left there I have been diagnosed with RSD/CRPS and have had 4 lumbar sympathetic blocks, I went to UCLA and have received the treatment I should of had many months earlier. If you need details write me, This place has pro’s and con’s, But more Con’s. I feel it was a waste of money from day one.

I had a slip and fall accident, broke my ankle and this orthopedic surgeons office was found by my lawyer. Its in the middle of Beverly Hills which is kind of a pain… but! The office gets major kudos for having FREE parking in the building. Seems like nobody has free parking especially in BH. or anywhere in LA really. Its a large modern office, very busy with state of the art equipment(for therapy). My orthopedic specialist Dr. Schmidt is laid back and friendly but his assistant could use some lessons in following up. The very first time I visited the office she was over the top as far as being accommodating. She has made promises to call me back several times concerning issues about important things– like my surgery date, and issues concerning disability– and NEVER calls back. I have to chase her down and pray that when I call her she picks up the phone. She is nice when I’m in the office but seems she totally forgets about me once I leave the office. I like the doctor that was appointed to me but I’m not a big fan of ‘Martha’. Maybe if she learned time management skills she would be able to follow up with everyone when she is SUPPOSED to… Minus 2 stars(they would have gotten 5) for her lack of follow up.
