I never thought that I would need an attorney but I was involved in an accident back in July of 2015 and although I had pain I was just going to try and handle the situation myself. Being in an accident is scary and stressful enough in and of itself, and not being able to help your loved ones or work the same only adds to that stress. I have no idea what the protocol was or what steps to take following the accident, I was also incredibly concerned about everything. I opened a case with this law office in 2010 after I was involved in a car accident being t-​boned in the middle of an intersection by a car that ran a red light, totalling my car. I was recommended to Hamed, and he advised me not to talk to any of the insurance companies, and start treatment at a chiropractor asap. I went to the chiropractor for about a month and the chiro said I had whiplash trauma to my spine and that I should continue treatment. This attorney advised me to stop the chiro care because my bill would potentially get too high and it would be hard to win the case, even though that makes little sense. I spent months having to contact them for updates on the case and even went in to meet with the attorney. After so many months, I contacted them and asked WHAT WAS GOING ON, because up until this point I was just given the run around…“We’re waiting on their insurance company…”, «We’re waiting on the court papers»… «The court case will have to take place back up north where the accident was»… How am I going to get there? ZERO help. After so many months I got a hold of Hamed and he goes, well… we’ve been trying to call you and we sent you papers to sign and because we couldn’t get a hold of you the statute of limitations has been reached and we’re going to have to drop the case. WHAT. My phone number has not changed. The address I gave has not changed. In fact, I gave them my family’s address as well so that if anything happened, a stable, hasn’t changed in 50 years address would receive the mail. NOTHING. They just dropped the case. My neck and shoulders are still screwed. Not a dime. Not even the suggestion of resolve.
I am in the process of finding a Malpractice Attorney to deal with this. Save yourself months of nonsense and go elsewhere.

On March 28^th of 2014 I was taking a small commute on my bike in Long Beach when suddenly from behind I was hit ferociously by a drunk driver on cherry blvd, the hit almost took my life but I was lucky enough to survive, though I had my life I was in a great amount of pain that conflicted with my life, the accident left me unable to work, exercise and much more. So I was hit by a car late 2013, and I was only 17 years old.
