J D Club Services & Towing

Can I give JD Club Services & Towing MORE than 5 Stars? When another company tried to give me a bait-​and-​switch (quoting me $ 90 then the driver changed it to $ 250 when he got to the car). I called AAA & JD Towing came out. Getting the car out of the garage was a challenge, due to the angle of the parking space, but the driver was awesome, got the job done and I gave him a big tip. Will use them again.

Got a flat at the century city mall and they saved me from being abandoned. They knew exactly how to access my spare by popping out the key on my key fob. I had never needed to use it before. Their great.

Louie is the BEST! And the service was fast and got me out of a real jam in rush hour traffic in Beverly Hills.
Just can’t thank them enough for their assistance tonight. I had managed to get my car stuck on a concrete wall after taking a turn to close to the curb.
Hard to explain it, but it was not an easy thing to fix without causing further damage to my car. I now have a company to recommend in Bev Hills!

Worst tow service ever! I have no idea how they got a club contract!
At 3pm on a Tuesday in West Hollywood, our car got a flat tire and needed a flatbed tow. So we called AAA and informed them that it is a Maserati, the service they called on was JD Club Services & Towing… The tow company had us wait for 4 hours because they said it was «traffic time» and they didn’t want to dispatch until AFTER 7pm.
When they got there, a young kid driving said that their boss didn’t want to tow a Maserati and informed him to lie to me about not having the right equipment. Finally I asked to speak with his supervisor directly who said that they just didn’t want the liability of towing this car. I was not happy about them having me wait for 4 hours just to be stuck again. So I asked to speak with another supervisor and the other supervisor got on the phone and rudely barked nonsense then informed me that he asked his driver to take a picture of my car before putting it on the flat bed so that he could tell his driver how to do it (not very comforting).
Well… the driver jumped into his passenger seat like he was getting a camera and then slid over to the driver side and took off with the flatbed while I was on the phone with his supervisor!!! I was like wth?! is this for real?!
So I talked to the supervisor (Roberto or Ricardo or something like that) and told him that I’m posting to Unilocal and he got flustered said that he will be having his driver come back to pick up the car… I said that I’d rather have AAA call on another company after all this hassle and hung up with them. The supervisor called me back and yelled that «they’re the last resort and no other tow company will take my car. Do I want it or not?» I said I think I’ll ask AAA if that’s true.
When I called AAA and told them when he said they said that’s not true and another company will be out within 15 min. The other company came out 10 min later and took care of the car promptly and professionally.
Apparently tow companies get paid more if they come out a 2^nd time. Looked like a set up to me. Aaaaand the title for worst tow company ever goes tooooo! JD Club service and towing! the company that took care of us after all this hassle was «Premium Club Service» and they (Ramon) did a great job… Hope this post was helpful.

If I could give this tow company zero stars I would. An asshole hit my car and left the scene of the accident. I told the officer I had triple A and they called this shitty company. First off, he didn’t secure my door and it swung open a little while driving off and another car hit the door. Do you know how to secure a door jackass? Then he insisted I take my car to midway auto repair since it was close to my house. He said they would secure my car until monday (it was saturday) and they would take it over. Also I would be getting a call in an hour to let me know where my car was secured at. Lastly the guy promised midway was a mercury ins repair shop. Well I never got a call, I had to call on monday to find out where my car was. Midway is NOT a mercury shop. And come to find out the driver is in cohoots with the shop. I called to complain to the owner and he said he would look into it and call me back. That never happened. NEVER use this tow company. They lie and are horrible.

After calling AAA, explaining I needed a test on my Hybrid’s battery, they took about 45 minutes to arrive, which was not too bad, but then when arrived told me they can’t test or charge hybrid batteries. Ok, but then when I asked if I could call AAA to find out what to do, the jerk told me I had to either have it towed immediately by him or he was leaving, he couldn’t wait 5 minutes for me to call AAA, so he left me stranded, not cool, maybe other drivers at J D are better than this dude (short guy, longer blonde hair).

During the height of the morning commute, my car stalled in the left lane of Wilshire Blvd just west of Santa Monica Blvd. (one of the most heavily traveled segments). With traffic piling up behind me, and no AAA membership to rely on, I called my wife and begged her to find me a towing company as soon possible.
To her credit, she immediately sought the advice of Unilocal’s membership. She found the first 5-​star rated towing company in Beverly Hills and gave them a call. True to Nathan R’s review, JD Club Service was there within 20 minutes and saved me from the burning, palpable ire of my fellow commuters.
I am not someone that jumps at the opportunity to write a review, but I was so impressed with the pricing and service of JD Club Service that I was compelled to join Unilocal.Papa, the extremely helpful driver, was friendly, efficient and careful with my car.
I cannot not recommend JD Club Service – or Papa – highly enough.

On January 09, 2009 Someone hit my car while it was parked on the street. I called AAA for a tow in Beverly Hills, CA around 5:30pm. The extremely friendly driver arrived within 20 minutes, very fast response since I am accustomed to waiting 60 minutes in San Francisco.
He asked me to fill out a very small amount of paperwork, asked for the key, gave me the card to the body shop JD Club Services would take my to car on Monday and said, «don’t worry, you have insurance. You don’t need to worry about anything, let us handle your problem.»
This towing company far exceeds any other I have dealt with as the drivers are not below educated zombies expelling grunts instead of English!
Definitely use this service company!!!
