Great chiropractor. I had a serios problem with my back and could not stant straight. Dr Sherman fixed me over a month and now I feel great and can stantd straight and enjoy life again.

I truly feel like a new woman! I have been carrying around major pain all on the left side of my body for years: my neck, the ridge of my scull, my shoulder, and my ribs. Two years ago the pain was exasperated by a car accident and bad relationship issues. I was treated by someone else and healed (or so I thought); however the pain kept coming back. Gone in 3 visits! I feel amazing and it’s showing up in a major way in all aspects of my life.

I decided to take a chance and see Dr. Sherman. His initial consultation is $ 400 and all other appointments ranging in from 15 – 20 minutes are $ 95. Though it was pricey I thought there really isn’t a price on health. The first session there was no treatment, he requires you to read articles on the importance of Chiropractic care and then asks you in a Doctor/​god complex kind of way to explain them. Then runs a series of Kinesiology tests. I saw him a total of four times. At that point no diagnosis had been made, he would get rid of one symptom at a time, alleviating issues for 1 week, but the next week he would get rid of some other symptom and the previous symptoms would reoccur. The fourth visit he told me it was imperative to have my husband present, so that we could discuss my treatment. When he stated this I thought it was to discuss dietary changes or something that would affect my husband. He had told me previous that all sessions following the initial consultation were $ 95. My husband and I showed up for the session, which was actually just an hour and a half sales pitch. Not discussing any of my issues. What he did bring up showed that he had not listened at all and had written things down incorrectly. He primarily addressed my husband, as if I were not responsible for my own health care. This irritated me. He also proceeded to inform us that I needed to come in 2x a week for three months. When I told him that was out of my budgetary constraints he then changed it 1x a week for 3 months and something like 2x a month following. As an end result it turned out that my treatment would cost me more than a $ 6000 in a year, and treatment sessions costing from $ 95-​$ 235. My husband’s family is in the medical care profession from Doctors to RNs. He does not have a strong belief set in chiropractic care. The way Dr. Sherman spoke to him offended him as well as angered him. So, I decided after feeling like I had been given a used care sales pitch on my health to seek out other care. I have never felt so negatively about chiropractic. My family is of a holistic nature so going to someone that operated this way was a shock to my belief in chiropractic care. I needed my medical records for the new doctor. I submitted a request, had to send $ 30 to cover the records. I received a 5 page typed report, in the past when I have received medical records the whole chart including diagrams and tests were included. In the records there were at least 2 therapies that I did not do listed. There was incorrect information regarding my issues. It had a plethora of grammatical errors and even some spelling issues. I was appalled and angered. I felt that I had been taken advantage of and my time had been wasted. I had been told about him via a co-​worker. I spoke to another co-​worker who had seen him and they had a similar experience.
