John M Anastasatos, MD, FACS

Dr. John is absolutely exceptional in every sense of the word! He has the most gifted hands. He is a master artist, in addition to being a board certified plastic surgeon with experience and accolades that speak for them self.
From my initial consultation with Dr. John his genuine interest in my every concern was of the utmost importance to him. There was never a time I felt rushed or dismissed by the many questions I had. I shared with him that I had seen another surgeon who had given me their opinion. I was so impressed with Dr. John, as he gave me several options unlike the other surgeon. His professionalism, knowledge, compassion and expertise certainly played a huge factor in my choosing him to be my surgeon. Not to mention he told that he wanted me to take my time to really think about what I wanted and about the options he shared with me. He was in no way rushed for me to move forward with surgery. That in and of itself speaks volumes about his character.
After giving everything much thought, a couple weeks later I moved forward and scheduled my surgery. It’s now been 6 weeks post up. I could not be happier! Dr. John’s bedside manner and follow up through my entire recovery could not have been any better. He and his assistant Leila go the extra mile to make certain you are a top priority through the entire process. This is going to be the first summer I will be able to wear the sundresses I have always dreamed of. Dr. John is angel in my eyes.

I absolutely adore Dr Anastasatos! He is very knowledgeable and precise. He listens to my concerns and we work together to figure out what will make me happy. I have had many experiences with other doctors that ignored what I thought and did what they believed was best, leaving me unsatisfied. That’s definitely not the case here, I feel safe and beautiful in his hands.
I also really enjoy seeing the girls at the front, they are always very nice and helpful.

Came here quite a while ago for some injectables I paid in advance with a groupon with the awareness that I would have to pay any additional. I also was never told of the price per unit, and on top of that I was unhappy with the results. When I was charged originally it was around $ 900 (about 3x more than I have ever paid anywhere else) on top of the couple hundred I paid in advance. I called back because I was unhappy with the results. I spoke to the doctor as well as the front clerk who said I should come back in and they were going to fix it for me and «take care of me.» once Dr. A fixed the problem I went to leave and the receptionist had a bill waiting for me $ 1000?! That’s absurd? I thought they were fixing the problem. Why was I charged 3x for the same thing? And on top of it 3x more than anywhere else. I ended up having to charge it on a card, and because I did not a lot for the mistake in my original budget I endured a lot of stress in heart ache in trying to pay back a high interest card due to being manipulated and overcharged. Needless to say, I never returned. Since then I go to Dr. Altman in Irvine, and Divine images in Tustin. Never had any problem there, they tell me the price up front and In addition they respect my budget which I also give in advance. Much more of a democratic fair system and I always leave with perfect results and happy.

The professionalism and care of this team is top notch. I came in with an issue and immediately was greeted with so much care and comfort. Dr. Anastasatos and Leila have gone above and beyond this last year and this last week to ensure that i had the best treatment possible. I would highly recommend this team of people. I am blessed that i was referred to Dr. Anastasatos.

Ladies, i’m 44 have children and look the way I feel! Like the older generation i ate for two and reaped the rewards a muffin top and areas I covered up for twenty years I was a young mom. I just wore two piece in Hawaii after tummy tuck and lipo and rejoiced in the Lords blessing in such a gifted man, my psych had a lot to do with my surgery and my recovery so if your not about a ego or pride and if your healthy and ready to live a way of life and that is to enjoy life, I encourage you to call Dr. John. I am a firm believer in comforting recover as well as a easy transition to exercising and food that is right for our being, I will say it is hard to look at myself and not boast yet i humble myself and appreciate a gifted set of hands and the wisdom of a educated man! I absolutely love the way John does his consultations explaining without trying to sell me a lot more than I actually need. I love his natural approach and would highly recommend him for botox and filler. I have not had his other services but I am looking forward to a lift in the future I will keep you updated!

I had accompanied my mother on many of her visits and was right away put at ease by Dr Anastasatos caring and professional approach to dealing with his patients. I’ve seen my fair share of pretentious plastic surgeons offices in Beverly Hills, but walking into Dr Anastasatos office was like a breath of fresh air. A space where there is individual one-​on-​one time with the doctor, where all your questions are answered and you’re not seen as a dollar sign walking in and out. You can tell that the doctor really cares for his patients on a personal level and is a perfectionist when it comes to getting the perfect results. My mother chose to do a breast reduction and a mini facelift. Both procedures came out beautifully and Dr. Anastasatos was right there consistently checking in and making sure everything healed properly. He was always available with honest feedback and an artistic eye and that’s why he is at the top of our list not only because of the beautiful results, but namely because of his compassion and integrity towards his patients! It was definitely a pleasure meeting Dr. Anastasatos and his team and we look forward to using his aesthetic talents in the future!

My girl and i have been shoping for a great doctor. We probabally looked at 1000 pictures of boob jobs. I promise i tried staying profesional during this process (and i actually learned a lot about this process). Im writing this review bc now i have a girl whos extra confident and extra happy with herself. And i want to give this doc the credit he deserves.
To start with, id say he got me at how profesional he was. My girl saw him 5 diferent times, asked hundreds of questions, because she couldn’t make up her mind, and doc still stayed profesional, patient and answered all questions in detail. There was no stupid question to him. I really liked that, and that put my girlies at ease.
Second thing that impressed me is he knew exactly the size that would fit her body frame and the type of procedure that fit her needs best (she went with 450cc under the muscle through the nipple).
Last and most important is the follow up. My girl was having trouble with implants dropping. It even went past the normal time frame for that. If this doc was all about $$$ he could have had her under the table doing a second surgery, but instead he consulted, advised on how to sleep, the kind of massages that would help and the type of braws that would be best in our situation.
Im really grateful for this. I paid lots and lots of money, but his efforts went beyond what i paid.
And it looks great! She leans out for fitness competitions but boobs still have a natural look.

I walked into Dr. Ansastasatos office full of hope that he could give me the breasts I always wanted. I walked out of his office a broken women, devastated by the results of my breast augmentation.
I asked Dr. Anastasatos for round, full veluptuos breasts. I wanted a 800cc volume. I expressed to him that I really favored the «fake look» and I wanted them as round as possible. I told him that I wanted my implants to sit high on my chest. I also let him know that I want my nipple in the center of the breast. Dr. Anastasatos agreed to do my 800cc breast implants and told me he could could achieve the exact results I was looking for. My results are horrible and have nothing to do with what I asked for. (except for the 800 cc volume.) I told him that I was not satisfied with the results. He refuses to fix my implants UNLESS I pay him an Additional $ 5,500 to the $ 12,500 I had already paid him in full. Now I am stuck with the aftermath of these freakish breast after paying $ 12,500 for my surgery. After seeing my results I doubt this man has ever even done breast implants of this volume.
The result of my breast augmentation is horrible. My breasts are saggy and disproportionate and my nipple is no where near the center of my breast. My implants are so saggy that they touch my stomach when I sit down. My implants are 4″ + below where they used to be. (I am very slender and tall 5’7″ 110 lbs) I look like a freak show. I have no volume above the nipple and massive volume below the nipple.
My modeling career is over needless to say. I had to postpone my wedding as a result of this sugery.
This surgery has devastated me emotionally, physically and financially.
My heart goes out to all of you who have had botched plastic surgery.

Dr. John does the most amazing botox work I have ever had. He clearly is up to date on the latest procedures and injectables. He injects my forehead, and eye area with botox (I am getting quite a few wrinkles) and I have tons of movement but with no wrinkles!!! He is so precise, he can do whatever look you prefer. I prefer no lift on my eyebrows, (some prefer a slight lift) and voila!!! — it looks perfect and natural. I am 39 years old, but look like I am in my late twenties thanks to the botox work. Dr. John is also not a Hollywood party animal (unlike many other Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons, whom I see out til wee hours of the morning) which makes me have even more confidence in his work. I highly recommend his botox work, and if and when I need plastic surgery, I would trust the precise work of Dr. John.

You are in the best care with Dr. Anastasatos. Not only is he excellent in his practice but he is gifted in both explaining and achieving the best outcome. Relaxed and not rushed, extremely through. I admit I have tried other doctors in the past, but the finest results came from Dr. Anastasatos. He is an expert in his field. I was impressed by Dr. Anastasatos even before I met him, as he has superb credentials. He is a graduate of Brown and received surgical training from Columbia, both top universities in this country. He is also Board certified, which is very important in receiving the best care. I found with Dr. Anastasatos I received the very best care.
Due to my busy schedule, Dr. Anastasatos was incredibly accommodating, and I was able to see him the same week that I called to schedule my appointment.
His office is centrally located, easy to find and provides plenty of parking.
From the moment I walked into his beautiful office, I was greeted by his friendly assistant, and shortly thereafter I met Dr. Anastasatos.
Dr. Anastasatos made me feel comfortable and instantly at ease. He explained everything that my procedure would involve and answered all my questions. He is highly skilled in what he does (just take a look at some of his before and afters), and is a caring and compassionate doctor. These combination of traits are rarely found in doctors these days, so when you find a doctor who has them, like Dr Anastasatos does, you hold on to him and refer to him to all your family and friends, as I have done.

I cannot begin to express my happiness with my experience at Dr. Anastasatos’ office. From the moment I spoke to Leila I was treated as if I was their favorite client! Before my consultation I bombarded Leila with calls and questions and she was patient and gracious enough to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable. During the consultation, Dr. Anastasatos answered every question, really listened to what I wanted, and just made me feel so comfortable, it felt like I had been seeing him for years!
On to my results! I got a few of things done (a lady never tells!) but I never experienced the dedication and attention I did when in the gentle hands of Dr. Anastasatos. I just saw this reply to my review. My whole issue was the fact that before i came to this place i made sure that they accepted Care Credit. Fact is care credit accepted is noted on their website and when i called and spoke with Leila to confirm she said yes. I have no issue paying, but if i wanted to use my care credit and was told by Leila they do not have the machine to process card is the problem. To me that’s false advertising and lying. I did get a call back from Leila saying she was sorry about the miss understanding and that she said they will give me a good deal if I change my review. I thought, if I change my review? Wow. And now with this reply from business owner basically saying you get what you paid for. Yes i understand that. Im saying with all new consumers whom never had it done before i would think you would inform them about the product such as price and units. Like I said I had no issue paying. I just don’t like being lied to. I have since gone to Dr. Joanna Chan at Laser Skin Care in Long Beach whom I’m very happy with. To my surprise my first time there I was informed of the price per unit and they accepted my care credit.

I’ve known Dr. Anastasatos for some time now. He’s done work for both me and my husband (he needed some corrective surgery) and I have to say I LOVE HIM! He is an amazing doctor. He treats you like a friend and not just another patient. I would highly recommend him.

This doctor is amazing! He explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable. He explained my options and answered all of my questions. He was honest, gentle, and caring. I trust Dr. Anastasatos! I am so glad I trusted Dr. Anastasatos to do my surgery! I can’t wait until swimsuit season!
