History

Established in 2003.

John McQuilkin worked for many years in sales in the entertainment industry. While he loved the excitement and perks of working with top producers, directors and celebrities on their various film projects, John’s first love since the age of eight years old has always been real estate.

Sunday mornings in John’s house as a boy were spent circling open house ads listed in the newspaper and then asking his parents to visit them with him. Always with the hope that he would be able to talk his parents into moving into a much nicer larger home, not fully understanding his parents were not of the means to purchase the homes John was interested in having them visit.

In 2003 John became a full time Realtor while still continuing to work in sales in the entertainment industry until late 2004.

John’s past producer, director and celebrity clients from his time spent working in the entertainment industry have served him well in carving out a niche in the exciting world of real estate sales.
