MF Property Management

My husband & I needed a new property management co. We interviewed many companies.
We have a 7 unit bldg in Los Angeles. All at once, 4 units became empty. The bldg is old and needed major updating. My husband has a few people of his own that he likes to use for certain jobs.
We found that all mgmt. co. want you to use their own people…
Now, we meet Mike Frohlich. We spent much time talking with him and we liked him a lot.
Mike told us we could use our men for any work that we needed. He also told us that whatever help we required, he has his crew.
We did use some of his contractors and they were great. Mike helped us through the whole process. We updated the bldg. in 3 months, plus Mike got all the units rented by the time we finished the work. He was very thorough in the screening process.
Mike is warm, friendly, and very professional. He’s exceedingly informative, patient, and answers every question we ask of him. We’ve called Mike at odd times and if he doesn’t answer, he quickly gets back to us.
Gladys works in his office. She is very welcoming. We needed many documents transferred
over to their company. Gladys was on top of it and got it done very efficiently & quickly.
We consider ourselves very grateful to have found Mike… and Gladys.

Mike is amazing! I lease a property from him in Sherman Oaks and from the very beginning of signing the lease he has been a pleasure to work with. He got the papers signed and us moved in rapidly with no hiccups. Any time we need any help with the property he has someone sent out right away to help us. I’m so glad we were able to get a property through his management.

We’ve lived in a MF Property management apartment for almost 6 months now and have been super happy about the management. I’ve been a tenant of Mike’s in Venice for two years after spending the previous three with a different property management group in Santa Monica and all I can say is that Mike has been an absolute breath of fresh air! He is so easy to work with and is always available when we need him to be.
Whenever issues have come up with our rental, he is incredibly responsive (even texting back at 10pm at night if needed) and works to have the problem solved as quickly as possible.
I only wish more property groups in LA were as great as MF!

I just moved here from Texas and saw a studio in Burbank for rent on radpad. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely nice and so helpful with my situation. They are very considerate and allowed me to do things to the apartment most places wouldn’t dare like painting the place. So far this has been the nicest landlord I have ever had.

Mike was very professional and handled my contract quickly and with a smile. Personalized the lease to meet my needs and was very knowledgable about the city. Very personable and reasonable which means a lot when dealing with contracts and leases. They even gave me a bottle of water which was a nice little touch =) overall really nice experience.

We were driving around mid-​Wilshire area looking for a new place when we saw a ‘for rent’ sign outside one of the buildings. We called the number and Mike came within 20 to show us around.
The unit looked clean, newly painted and reasonably priced for the area. And after checking out other properties in the vicinity, we decided to go with MF, because we felt more comfortable dealing with Mike.
We finalized the lease and got the keys to our new place — - all within a little over a week! Real professional and accommodating people.
Upon move in, there were minor wire/​outlet issues (relocation /​additional for personal appliances), but Mike sent electricians and painters to take care of it the very next day!
Over all — - very reliable team and Great customer service! Would totally recommend working with Mike and MF!

Had a really great experience with Mike and MF Property Management. He was always on the ball with information and was very accommodating when I wanted to see the property multiple times. He handled all communication between the owner and current resident and made things very easy.
He also understands how moving is never a perfect process in terms of timelines and move ins, and he was very helpful and understanding, and even let me move in before my lease started so I didn’t have to take a day off to move!
Even when he was traveling abroad and did not have to answer texts about he issues, he never missed a beat and solved problems from half way around the world!

Hiring Mike at MF Property Management was the best thing I have ever done… Well one of the best things I’ve done! Lol
I have a 6 unit apartment in the Los Angeles area and dealing with tenants was exhausting, and dealing with an eviction was even more so, which I promised that once I was done with the eviction, I do not want to go through it even again.
Needless to say after I hired Mike, he got rid of all my bad tenants and replaced them with good tenants that pay on time, and I don’t have to tell you how important that is to a landlord.

Mike is probably the best property manager I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of renting properties. Always on top of things and making sure that I am happy as a tenant. A+++ all the way.

Mike took over the property management for the building I lease an office in. It is a converted loft space in an older building.
When something went horrendously wrong with the plumbing, literally just a week or so after Mike took over the building management, he jumped into action like a super-​hero. We had to send our employees home while plumbers came in, and within just a few short days, had a brand new bathroom installed, contracted by skilled and exceptional workers.
He operated at the same speedy level when the central AC unit started malfunctioning. One simple call to Mike, and he knows how to handle it easily, calmly, efficiently, and quickly.
Mike is a major asset to this building. I recommend him highly.
