I wanted to take the time and leave some positive feedback for Mikhail’s immaculate services. Unfortunately I was not in the market for a home just yet, but my uncle was and I referred him to Mikhail. Prior to introducing them, my uncle and his family went through a few realtors and let me tell you they were on the verge of giving up getting a home. As soon as I had Mikhail reach out to them, he was ok top of his game from day one. My uncle called me and let me know that he is so happy with my recommendation because Mikhail knows the market inside and out and knew exactly what they’d be interested in as well as simultaneously stay within their budget. I couldn’t believe how quickly my uncle found what he was looking for, despite looking for over 6 months prior to meeting Mikhail. All throughout the process of closing on the property, which we all know is stressful and tedious Mikhail was informed about every update and followed up with my uncle to keep him calm
and patient. All in all my uncle is very happy thanks to Mikhail’s professionalism and he has a great new home!
