Nathan Newman, MD

I went to see Dr. Newman for the stem cell /​prp knee injections just last week. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is — and every member of his office and nursing staff. The TLC I received, with gentleness, smiles and great humor made the entire experience actually pleasurable. One does not usually feel that way about a surgical procedure :-) .
The Orthopedist affiliated with his practice — Dr. Nik — who handled the knee injections was just as special and wonderful!
It will take a while for us to determine if the injections are going to give me some relief, and I will definitely report back after time passes.
I only wish they were located on the east coast!

What I love about Dr. Nathan Newman is that he has provided a safe noninvasive face lift for those that want that more natural look. The stem cell lift is done with your own stem cells and I feel it can’t get any better than this. I love the Luminesce Skincare line which also contains growth factors for cellular rejuvenation. After 3 days I saw changes starting to happen with my skin and was thrilled that finally topical skincare made a difference. It has brightened my complexion, my skin is firmer and lines and wrinkles greatly improved. I would compare the skincare to a light laser treatment. Stem cells are our future in health, medicine and anti-​aging. He knows what he is doing.

I am a 68 year old woman with very wrinkled skin. I have had several procedures to modify this condition and to be honest, this was my last resort. Because of my aged skin, I had 3 thermitight treatment before the stem cell work. Though not truly painful, it was not pleasant, but the results were. My healing time was very short and I am pleased with the final look. There are still wrinkles but they have been significantly reduced and I look healthier, happier and «yes»…younger. It was fairly costly but for me, worth it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great doctor, compassionate, skilled, positive and excellence all around. The staff are friendly and helpful and very accommodating. Dr. Newman practices A+ medicine and is on the cutting edge of what’s possible with cosmetic and plastic surgery.

I absolutely love Dr. Newman and his staff. Unilocal for some reason is like a modern day mob boss. Pay up or suffer the consequences! As a former business owner I can tell you that if you pay Unilocal to have a «rep» in your area-​your ratings suddenly get better. Case in point– A ton of Dr. Newman’s positive reviews are «hidden» under not recommended, partly because a lot of his clients are from around the world and they don’t Unilocal as much as we do. Partly probably because he doesn’t pay them to improve his standing. Make sure to check those «not recommended» reviews and not just the ones posted here.
Anyway–
I had a stem cell lift for an autoimmune disorder as Dr. Newman came highly recommended by a ton of people with the same thing I have. I have to say that the procedure itself is done on an extremely personal area (without going into too much detail), but he and his staff are completely amazing. Through the entire process they made me feel comfortable, were personable, and go above and beyond. His nurses treated me like a close friend or family member and constantly asked if I was comfortable and if I need anything. Dr Newman even called me himself from his personal phone the evening after the procedure to check on me and let me know to call him anytime if I have questions. One evening I was kind of concerned about an after effect I was having on the area and had my husband phone him. He answered right away and said it was good we called and everything was normal.
As far as the results of the stem cell lift itself– he did more for me in one day than the specialists for this disorder have done for me in five years. He is truly a pioneer in the industry and I will be going to him for any further issues that I have with this autoimmune disorder. I also had to get liposuction for him to retrieve the stem cells (obviously), so to note a past review I saw– I am a pretty petite person, and Dr Newman was concerned about getting enough fat for the procedure. There are usually more risks doing liposuction on people with not a lot of fat (google Tara Reid), so it needs to be expertly done. Dr. Newman did an amazing job and you can barely tell it was done at all, aside from me being a tad smaller in the waist– and who can complain about that.
I would give Dr. Newman a thousand stars if I could. To Doc and his staff– Thank you Thank you Thank you.

I do not recommend anyone getting the stem cell facelift, it did nothing but a trauma to my face. I got it done in January first one, the next day my face was swollen, but unimaginably swollen, my face was deformed, and that lasted for a whole month, I lost a lot of days of work, and worst of all I paid him 13k. After a month I went back to
Dr, Newman, nothing had happened, not a single effect, So he recommended for me to get the second one done, and he said this time it will not get swollen like firs, time, so I trusted him, and got the second one done in April. Same thing, my face was swollen and deformed, I was devastated, I didn’t know what to do. I lost days of work, and now its six months passed, nothing, no change what so ever. Instead of paying him that much, I could of gotten an injections and seen so much more results. This procedure is like throwing your money to waste. DO NOT GET STEM CELL FACELIFT. It doesn’t work.

After a ton of research I found Dr. Newman. I am an LS sufferer. LS is an incurable autoimmune disease. The standard treatment is steroids and long term use of them can be just as bad as the disease itself. Dr. Newman had the courage and foresight to use stem cells to try and treat this rare disease. I recently traveled from Boston, MA to California to have treatment with Dr. Newman and his team. I cannot begin to describe what an incredible experience. I have never received such a high level of care. Every single person I encountered, that is part of that office, was extremely professional and genuinely cared! Everyone goes above and beyond to be sure you, as a patient, has everything you need for the most success. They welcomed me every day that I stayed
in California for healing treatments and to check on me to be sure I was healing properly.
Dr. Newman and his team are available by email for what ever I need when I go back to the east coast, so I am never out of touch.
Thank you Dr. Newman and your entire team for taking such good care of me and for helping to give all of us LS sufferers some hope! I am recovering nicely and after only just a week I have bounced back and am able to resume my life again.
I have another treatment booked for December and will continue to go back. Dr. Newman and his team really are a piece of heaven on earth! I highly recommend Dr. Newman and his team to anyone who is seeking treatment for LS or any other issue you may need help with.

Dr Nathan Newman at Orchid Center, is incredible, externally good surgeon and Dermatologist… personable. The most trustworthy doctor I ever met. His staff also are very capable, that treats you as family. Every treatment I ever had at his clinic has been of my entire satisfaction and more than expected!

SCARRED FOR LIFE!
This is in response to Dr. Nathan Newman’s response to my original post dated 3÷6÷14 on Dr. Newman’s disastrous cosmetic procedures. My original post is very accurate and I couldn’t be more truthful in what I posted. If my procedure was properly performed, why do I have unsightly craters in my stomach and right thigh?
The before and after pictures that Dr. Newman is referring to is obviously not my stomach since you have the after pictures of my botched up stomach with a huge crater. Dr. Newman had no answer for me when I asked if he can fix his botched up lipo procedure on my stomach! You did not take a photo of my dented thigh with a deep pocket crater which developed after your botched liposuction on my thighs. When I told you about the outcome on the thigh lipo, you said to me, give it time, it will heal! I trusted you, I believed in you but for you to discredit my accurate review on your haphazard lipo procedures shows that you only care about the positive outcome on your cosmetic procedures!
I think that the public is very savvy and has seen enough cosmetic surgery disasters! Seeking legal counsel… does anyone know a good lawyer?

I want to share my experience with Dr. Newman. Dr. Newman and his staff are nothing short of amazing. It is truly a blessing to be able to get treatment from him and his staff and I am so thankful to be in that position. His treatments have literally changed my life.
There was a point in my life where my skin was broken out so bad and I had tried everything and lost pretty much all hope that I would be cleared. As a teen, my confidence was severely affected by my skin and they helped me get through it. My aunt and I went to Dr Newman and began a journey of healing. It has been over a year since I began consistent treatment and my skin has improved so much. His staff are great. Evelyn and Nualla have helped me with treatment and are both so kind and always a pleasure to see. Evelyn was able to relate to how I felt about my skin and I really have appreciated it so much. Moreover, his staff are always so welcoming each time I visit.
Currently, my skin has been nearly cleared of acne and now my scars are being treated and are slowly healing. I am just so thankful and no longer nearly as self-​conscious about my skin as I was before. Dr. Newman, Evelyn and Nualla have really changed my life in such a positive way and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help or is looking for improvement in their skin quality.

I went to Dr Newman for the first time almost 8 years ago (roughly 2006). He has worked miracles with my appearance. From botox, to fillers, to his amazing stem cell lift, and even the Titan laser… I have always been amazed at the results I get when I visit him.
No matter what area I think about: professionalism, personality, warmth, knowledge, trust, skill… Dr Newman tops the charts. There have been very few doctors in any area of health care who have provided me, my friends, and family with such consistently superior care and attention.
I wish I could clone him and keep a copy of him in Texas!

My appointment was at 1:30. It was 2:30 and I was still waiting in the waiting room. Not cool with me. That’s NOT a good first impression. So I left.
