D. r Parvaz is such a great doctor and I would recommend her to anyone. She is very gentle and super informative plus caring. I normally am a big wimp when it comes to teeth work but she made it quick and easy. I healed in 4 days :)

Went in to have my wisdom tooth pulled. I was extremely nervous and scared. Everyone in the office was extremely comforting and knowledgeable about the procedure. I opted for just numbing medicine and didn’t need laughing gas or anything stronger. The procedure was short and way less painful than I expected. It only took Dr. Mizrahi 3 – 5 for the extraction and I was done. I left with detailed self-​care instructions. It was extra nice to receive a follow up phone call from the Dr later in the evening. I would definitely recommend this practice of you are looking for a gentle and caring oral surgeon!

Dr Parvaz Farnad was very informative and honest compared to the other consultations i’ve had with past oral surgeons. The surgery was very fast and simple, she made sure i was relax and i wasn’t too anxious. Gave me very clear post op instructions and also gave me a follow up call few hours to make sure i was doing what i was supposed to.

Highly recommend! Dr. Mizrahi is amazing. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted last week and was able to go to work the next day feeling great. I was ridiculously nervous going in, but everyone there made me feel comfortable and were very friendly and caring. For the procedure I have been dreading the most, I could not be happier with Dr. Mizrahi and her staff and can confidently say if you want excellent and professional care, go here!

Excellent Oral Surgeon. I’m not a big fan of going to dentists and definitely not a fan of getting my wisdom tooth pulled and she did an incredible job. All of those horror stories I heard was just that. Stories. I can’t recommend Dr. Mizrahi enough.

If I could add more stars to the rating I would. Dr. Mizrahi and her staff at the Beverly Hills Oral Surgery Center are truly the best at their profession. I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless I was forced. On September 13, 2014, I was injured playing hockey. I was struck full force in the mouth with the heel of an opposing players stick, as he was winding up for a slap shot. The blow fractured my upper jaw, mangled my lower lip, and dislodged two front teeth. One tooth actually exploded through the upper jaw bone where it lodged just under the inside of my nose. It was really bad — I apologize if my story reads to graphic. It was over a 2-​hour ride to a hospital with an oral surgeon on call. The hospital was Cedar Sinai Hospital and thank GOD that Dr. Mizrahi was on call at the time. The Dental Resident at Cedar Sinai Hospital sent Dr. Mizrahi pictures of my injury from the ER. Dr. Mizrahi appeared within, what seemed to me, minutes. She provided me the best possible care for my injury by hospitalizing me, controlling the pain, and performing the surgery as soon as it was possible.
If you have been searching for a provider that is very experienced and «operating» at the top of their game, you don’t need to look any further. I encourage anyone considering care from Dr. Mizrahi to visit her website, as her credentials are impressive, and they certainly reflect her abilities. Getting injured and going to the ER did not allow me to read reviews or websites about Dr. Mizrahi; however, within minutes of meeting her in the ER treatment room, I quickly understood her level of experience. She projects a noticeable level of confidence; however, unlike some professionals, her confidence is not mixed with arrogance. Dr. Mizrahi combines her confidence with genuine compassion, thoughtfulness, and understanding. I felt comfortable in her presence, which allowed me to relax despite my injury.
After leaving Cedar Sinai, I began my care at the Beverly Hills Oral Surgery Center. I drive over 2-​hours to get to Dr. Mizrahi’s office. I’d drive another two if she moved. The office is located in a nice area, parking is efficient, and access to the Surgery Center is very easy. Inside, her establishment has a warm feel and is relaxing. You do not feel as if your about to have work performed on your mouth. The Beverly Hills Oral Surgery Center has nice comfortable furniture, a sparkling clean appearance, and has classy/​sophisticated styling. The front desk is very knowledgable and professional as well. Scheduling has always been perfect with no delays or interruptions, and Diana is very knowledgable about different insurances. The center has the latest equipment, some I never knew existed. I know it sounds almost to good to be true. Lastly, Dr. Mizrahi’s staff seem to have the same compassion, thoughtfulness, and understanding she has when interacting with her patients.
Fast forward to today, I feel outstanding. I am truly thankful to have Dr. Mizrahi as my provider. My lower lip healed with minimal scaring, my upper jaw healed without complications, and Dr. Mizrahi restored my smile, which I am not embarrassed to tell brought tears to my eyes. My friends tell me they are unaware anything ever happened to me. I’m still not done receiving treatment from the Beverly Hills Oral Surgery Center, but that is fine because I know I am receiving the best care/​treatment possible.

RECOMMEND. I just had my 4 wisdom tooth taking out yesterday. Let me just say i was so nervous all week thinking about the surgery. When i walked in the staff were outgoing, kind, friendly, and professional. They asked me how i felt. And i obviously told them i was nervous. They asked me to leave a name and number to who ever was picking me up after the surgery was complete because they needed to physically see the person picking me up. They were concern and they Cared A+. Wow they also had my prescription ready all i needed to do is sign, they saved me a lot of time, i didnt have to go to the pharmacy. They also made me feel comfortable through the preparation of the surgery they talked to me and inform me what they were doing. Finally They put me to sleep. And when i woke up they were talking to me and informed me that my husband and kids were waiting for me in the Lobby, i felt so happy to hear that. Her assistant got me a wheel chair and droped me off to my car and she was helping me, i dont remember her name but she was the sweetest person ever. THANK YOU! Later that night she called me to follow up on how i was feeling, i was unable to answer because i was sleeping, but she left me a voice message (A+ SHE CARES). Dr. PARVAZ FARNAD Is an excellent Doctor she is kind and a people person. I recommend her services to family and friends and all the Unilocalers who are reading this reviw. This doctor is amazing!!! By far one of the most honest, caring and efficient. I took my 5yr. Old son in for evaluation and she was an expert. Right away she knew what to do. He had his tooth extraction and she took all measures to see what was the best approach for him. And sure enough my little guy was in and out without any problems. Thank you Dr. Parvas

This was hands down the best oral surgeon I have ever visited in my 24 years of dental work. They feel like family and treat you with respect and kindness. It just really makes a difference when your doctor makes you feel comfortable in that chair and Dr. Mizrahi really does that along with all the staff. I came to this place because a cousin of mine referred me to them. Came in a month before to get a consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed and it was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and made sure i understood what was going on. Had the actual procedure done last week and when i first walked in all the machines scared me a bit but they assured me and talk me through the whole thing and how it was going to be to be like afterwards. next thing you know i wake up and ready to go home. I didn’t have any pain afterwards but the dr gave me a call that evening to see how i was doing (wasn’t expecting that!) their post op instructions where easy to understand and gave a number where i can call 24hrs if i had any questions. Heard getting wisdom teeth taken out involved a lot of pain post op but i didn’t share that experience at all :) definitely recommend them to everyone.

Went in to get an impacted wisdom tooth extracted. Doctor made me feel comfortable the entire time, explained the entire process, including anesthesia with me in great detail. Office was clean and they also use the latest technology (X-​ray machine is a one bite process). Would recommend to anyone looking to get any kind of real surgery done.
Also no pressure was given to get any work done that was not necessary. Big plus that the doctor has your best interest in mind!

Dr. Mizrahi is awesome! She is very gentle, she explains everything with details. Her staff is very friendly and her office is very clean. She is the best!!! I recommend her to the fullest!

I absolutely hate everything having to do with the dentist HOWEVER Dr. Mizrahi, She is the best their is ! I had an extraction done and implant placed. She walked me through step by step and made me feel absolutely comfortable! The most patient Dr and the most attentive after my extraction she actually called me later that evening to check on me and my pain! I am telling you she truly does care for her patients and wants you to feel at ease. Beautiful office and staff and I traveled for her from orange county she is that great!

I had my wisdom tooth removed on Wednesday, March 19.
From the moment I walked in, reception, to X-​ray, through the consult and up to the anesthetic and tooth extraction, the staff and doctor were all very gracious and wonderful. I thank you for making this a good experience.

Dr. Mizrahi is amazing! I was referred to her by my primary dentist to do a root canal extraction, and was so impressed by her great work that I now have her as my primary dentist.
She is very attentive and patient with you, and takes the time to explain any procedure thoroughly, yet her work is quick and you are out of the office in no time.
Her office is very nice and clean and has the latest technology in dentistry.
I was very grateful to have the option to be put to sleep during the surgery, not too many affordable places have that option.
If you are looking for a good dentist, who will ease any worries you may have about your teeth, and will do a good job, for an affordable price, She is definitely the way to go.

Dr. Mizrahi is awesome! Just had my impacted wisdom tooth removed and everything went smooth. My boyfriend had his wisdom tooth removed here and recommended that I also come for my removal. I had a bad experience with my previous wisdom tooth extractions and am glad I chose to go here.

The prognosis was not good. Handing my large, loose crown to the dental assistant, I was sent to the x-​ray room and several films were taken. «Bad news,» my dentist relayed, «your molar crown was covering a cavity in a tooth that I had already slated to be re-​root canneled. Let’s get you to an endodentist to have this corrected.»
The x-​rays were sent to the endodentist, I scheduled an appointment and completed the patient registration. I was set. The following week, the endodentist called and said that the treated root had been «perforated» by the previous procedures, that the root was infected and could not be saved. I would need to go to an oral surgeon for an extraction.
My dentist suggested 4 oral surgeons for the extraction and I said that was ready to not just get the single extraction, but to get implants. With 3 old crowns gone bad and the new molar crown gone kaput, I’d need 4 implants. With this information, my dentist eliminated 2 of the surgeons, based on their experience, inability to administer anesthetic without an outside nurse and cost.
After all the review checking, license queries and Facebook messages, Dr. Mizrahi was the provider I selected. Diana, the very thoughtful office manager quickly called and set up a consultation. I was pleased that the patient information form was a fillable PDF form that I could complete and email back. I would not need to waste time sitting in the waiting room, filling out personal information, that would then need to be manually entered into their system.
The office is in a gray, low-​slung building, opposite Lawry’s and close to the Beverly Center. Parking is at the meters or in the building. Sharing her office with a pediatric dentist, Dr. Mizrahi’s office is a pretty joyful and boisterous place to be for such an unpleasant undertaking. The ambiance was actually rather relaxing. The staff quickly acknowledged me and an assistant expertly executed a 360° digital dental x-​ray.
An assistant led me to surgery suite and introduced Dr. Mizrahi. Warm, kind and calm, Dr. Mizrahi reviewed the prognosis by my dentist, explained in great detail my current situation via a large paper print out of my x-​ray and suggested possible choices and options.
The x-​rays revealed I needed 5 extractions and 6 bone grafts! After conferring with my dentist, I scheduled the procedure. Dr. Mizrahi went over all the possible side effects, possible outcomes, a recovery régime and the next steps after this surgery. I had emailed a series of questions in advance and Dr. Mizrahi took the time to review all my queries. I never for a moment felt rushed.
The day of the surgery, I was driven by a friend to the office. My medications were ready for me (no extra trip to the pharmacy– Yay!), my insurance billed, my portion detailed and ready for payment. I can’t emphasize enough how professional the support staff is.
I was ushered into the same surgery suite where I had received the consultation and was very quickly sedated. The next thing I knew I was being driven up La Cienga back home. I did not bruise, swelling was gone within 48 hours and I took no opaties or steroidal pain killers. Motrin was all that was needed. Dr. Mizrahi called that evening to check up on me — a very thoughtful touch.
The following week, I returned for my follow-​up appointment. Dr. Mizrahi reviewed her work and scheduled the next appointment for the actual implants. Dr. Mizrahi welcomed me to should contact her if I had any questions, concerns or needs in the mean time.
Having seen more than my share of dental professionals in this town (thanks genetics), I can most earnestly convey that Dr. Mizrahi is an excellent mix of technical skill, professional polish and kindness.
