I would like to welcome you to my practice. I am a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with experience and training for both children and adults. My practice is in accordance with holistic views. I know that the word «surgery» provokes anxiety in most patients. In my practice, the goal is to reduce anxiety with a gentle touch, empathetic demeanor, and advanced training in sedation anesthesia. I am committed to provide excellent individualized care to my patients and community. I believe in patient education and communication. I am also in direct communication with the referring doctors for the coordination of the most convenient treatment for our patients.

Dr. Parvaz M.
Business Owner
Dr. Parvaz Farnad Mizrahi is a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon. She believes in & delivers painless dental surgery. Dr. Mizrahi received her Bachelors Degree in Biology & Humanities from UCLA. She also received her Masters Degree in Public Health from UCLA School of Public Health. She then pursued dentistry & received her DDS from UCLA School of Dentistry. After getting tired of UCLA, she travelled to Oakland, where she spent an additional four years in the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Highland General Hospital & University of the Pacific. As part of her residency, she also received training at the Oakland Children’s Hospital & Oakland Kaiser Permanente. After returning to the Los Angeles area, she worked in Private Practice as well as volunteering at Los Angeles Children’s Hospital. She is currently in private practice & acting as volunteer staff at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
