Shaheedy Noosha, MD

Have been seeing Dr. Shaheedy since I had my first child just over 3 years ago. She has been great and attentive. She came to check my daughter at the hospital during rounds. She was available to me via phone and I called her the day I came home from the hospital as a first-​time anxious mom. I did take my first newborn in multiple times due to concerns regarding weight gain. I have never had to wait very long and the waiting room has never been crowded. It is a small space with only two exam rooms, but it has never felt crowded. Appointments are easily made by phone and her staff has consistently called the day before to confirm all appointments.
As far as the doctor herself goes, she is knowledgeable, calm, good disposition and good with the kids. She listens to the parents and takes concerns seriously. Emergency calls made after hours are returned promptly — which is the number one complaint I see on other pediatrician’s reviews or hear from friends. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for her to return my call.
Recently I have been seeing Dr. Shaheedy’s associate Dr. Jeng — who works on Fridays. She is amazing. My children really love her and have warmed up to her. She has been extremely helpful and takes her time with the kids. We have never felt rushed.
Overall it is a great practice and I am lucky that I have had mostly only well-​child checkups and minor health issues. I cannot comment for those dealing with more serious health issues.

I have a four year old son and we just had our first check up with Dr Shaheedy. She was so amazing! I think many doctor’s around cedars are very friendly and have great bedside manner but she is a cut above the rest. It really felt like we were her only patients and the appointment was so personal. The office was small but they don’t over book and keep you waiting. She even noticed something about my son that has been overlooked by other doctors. I can’t even say how happy we are!

Awesome pediatrician! Patient, caring, warm, flexible, and smart. Everything a doctor should be.
We have used Dr. Shaheedy for the last 8 years. She has been great since day 1.
Whenever we arrive for an appointment, we are seen on time. I never feel rushed or brushed over. Dr. Shaheedy provides her undivided attention to each patient (and parent).
Tip: Parking is not validated. Limited parking on some residential streets… read the signs.

Dr Shaheedy has been my son’s pediatrician since he was born and he is now 6.
Right from the start she made us feel very comfortable, which is important when you are a new mom.
She is always very kind and patient in explaining and answering all our questions. I never feel rushed during our appointments.
The office is always clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful when I call them and need a last minute appointment because my son is sick.
I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
