The worst service for the highest price! I waited an hour and a half for something they didn’t know how to do! The owner Julie is a joke when it comes to customer service. They have no respect for people and will neglect you and make you feel disrespected. I wouldn’t go there if someone paid me to.

I’m very impressed! I’ve been here a few times, always get gel on my toes so I can slip my shoes back on with no smudges, every time they ask if I want nails too, but the gel never lasts on my oily nails. I finally gave in and got gel on my nails, it has lasted 2 weeks like promised! A little pricey but worth it!

Absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for 2 years and they do a great job with everything. Julie is my favorite. It’s very clean and the chairs are so comfortable.

First things first — a parking lot right in front. Silver Nails is clean and comfortable and the people that work there are all happy and lovely. Ana is my go to for the best pedicure in town. Not only do my toes look perfect but she is fast and right on time if you make an appointment. Another good thing is that Ana is not pushing product on me. Oh, all the chairs are massagers.

Just left this place after a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Nothing special the girl doing my gel manicure was on her phone the whole time not paying attention to what she was doing. Didn’t even turn on the water for my pedicure.
The lady that did my pedicure was a bit more pleasant. Once all done, was expecting to pay the max about $ 50. Come to find out she said its $ 60! WTH! and then when I handed my debit card she still asked me if I had cash for tip! Not coming back here. I’ve never paid this much for such simple gel and regular pedicure services.

Got a mani (by a man) and pedi (by a woman) 3 days ago. Gel had to be removed from my nails first, so he started filing the tops of them before wrapping them in acetone and foil, but filed the skin more than the actual nail, to the point of where I had to interject because I was in pain and my pinky was bleeding.
The manicure and pedicure themselves appeared good when it was all said and done, but 4 hours later my nails were still not dry. They were thick and pliable to the touch, and ended up coming off by the next day. (This was regular polish — must’ve been an ancient bottle). I used nail polish remover to take it all off, and came to find out that he had not successfully removed all the old gel from my nails. There’s a thin bumpy layer still on most of my fingers.
All in all, complete waste of money and very frustattin. I will not return.

They did a great job on my nails and were able to help out with an ingrown toenail. I took away one star because while he was doing my pedicure everyone was screaming in Vietnamese at him I’m assuming telling him what to do but it made me extremely uncomfortable. But John is seriously the best at pedicures!!!

While the salon is clean and the service is decent (you don’t have to wait too long), the gel manicure i got today is terrible. It is a sloppy mess. There is polish all over my cuticles and skin that was not properly removed. I won’t be coming back here.

I’ve been coming to Silver Nails for about a year now and I love it! Great selection for gel and standard nails, and really… The whole place is filled with comfy massage chairs!!! Can’t get better then that!
I’m giving 4 stars because the girl’s attitudes are a bit snotty at times. But I can deal. Oh, and they’re pretty pricey but they’re also in Beverly Hills.
Worth the money… Go check them out!

I started coming here about 5 months ago. They’re always super clean, quick to get started, and offer amazing service. I’ve been to several salons where the gel mani’s never lived up to their «2 week» mark… But here, they’re always willing to paint on an extra layer and they stay put for OVER THREE WEEKS!!! I’ll see you guys at the end of the month!

Im very picky when it comes to selecting nail salons. It is important to me that theyre clean, they have a great polish selection and that they do a nice job. After having tried out a few other salons in the neighborhood I was happy to find Silver Nails. Although their prices are slightly higher ($ 35 for mani pedi) than most of the neighboring salons, they make up for it in the peaceful ambiance, comfortable spa chairs and talented staff. Be sure to add a shoulder massage to your mani pedi, trust me its worth it!

I have been going for several years and every time the price is different. My last visit was so expensive. I was not sure why I paid to much. They should have a price list like other salons.

I really wanted to love this place because initially I was impressed but I was up-​sold on a service that they never mentioned the price for and there was NO MENU of prices posted.
I initially went in asking for a mani-​pedi and asked if they offer the disposable slippers and they said, just get a gel manicure, there’s no drying time.
I was JUMPED to by two manicurist and in less than 45 minutes later, a GREAT foot massage, a nice and clean environment and parking, I was SOLD to return. Until… I went to pay.
Honestly, I was expecting $ 45 – 55 for the service because I had never had one before and when they said $ 75 I FLIPPED. PAID. AND LEFT.
I felt so hoodwinked!

I’ve been coming here for a few months and they always do a good job and are friendly. I also like that the spa chair is standard with every pedicure instead of an upgrade like a lot of other nail salons.

Just got my nails done for the first time here and I’m in love. They took time with my nails and the environment was very nice, clean, and friendly. Definitely going to come back to get my nails done for my sorority events! I usually go to European wax center but this place did a great job with Brazilian. Overall great place for any college student like myself or anyone!

I just sat down at silver nails and waited almost 20 minutes before someone sat down to start my manicure. The lady was not very happy; I wouldn’t be so happy after being yelled at by someone else 15 minutes before telling you that you did a horrible job. Nothing was done correctly, from cuticle shaping to actually painting the nail. She spent about 10 minutes on me and didn’t do a great job on me or the rest of my family (2 others). She painted on my skin, didn’t clean up and when I asked for nail art, she put a little 3D watermelon on my nail and started to make little white dots around it for «design». Hands down the WORST nail salon and manicure I’ve ever gotten. Never come to this salon and don’t listen to others who say its fab. Ths is my first and last time coming to silver nails.

Nice and Clean with comfortable spa chairs. The employees are attentive and very good — the massage I got was AMAZING! 2 Weeks after getting my pedicure — it still looks good. I will definitely be going back!

They took me without an appointment and did a really nice job. The atmosphere is pleasant and the cost was average for LA. The pedicurist even added some stars to my glitter finish free of charge!

I’ve been going to silver nails for almost 5 years and they truly are the best. Not only do i get compliments on my own personal nails on a daily basis. i actually look forward to going to the nail salon. the service is amazing the products are top the of the line and the entire staff are the sweetest people. Anna or julie do my manicures and ken always does my pedicure. i send minimum of 2 people per week to them who always end up becoming weekly or bi weekly clients. They know my whole family and i do theirs.
SILVER NAILS IS THE BEST!

I have always been treated very well here. It’s a nail salon not a spa, and the prices are relatively reasonable. They keep it clean. Everyone is always smiling and they are very fast. They also give a great massage while they’re doing your nails. Who could ask for more. I highly recommend them. They are very good hardworking people, many from the same family.
