Swan Masonry Company was founded in 1997 by James G. Swan and within five years had grown into a full service commercial and residential masonry firm with over 40 employees completely projects from commercial turn-key shopping centers to smaller residential outdoor living projects and everything in between.

Business Owner
James G. Swan first started in the masonry industry as a laborer in commercial masonry work on military bases in Richmond, Virginia at the age of 18. By the age of 21 he had achieved the level of apprentice mason and at the age of 23 he was put on payroll as a brick, block and stone mason.
In 1997, at the age of 24, he founded Swan Masonry Company.
