As a first time home buyer, there were several requirements I needed from a realtor. I needed someone who was available for me anytime I wanted, who was a good communicator, and someone with enough experience to help ease me through the house buying process. I was lucky enough to find all of these qualities in Julie from Keller Williams. She met with me to find out exactly what I wanted in a home and set out to do exactly that. She was the one who suggested I look at a specific house because it met all my requirements. I never thought that she would find my house so soon, but she did. She even made sure that my chances of getting that house was a good one by presenting my offer in the best possible way. There were issues upon issues with that house, but she was always there, guiding me through the process with a lot of patience and making sure that I was happy the whole time. She really made me feel like I was her only client. If you are buying a house, I would definitely recommend Julie in a heartbeat. She’s the best!

Four years ago, I told Danny that I wanted to buy a Condo in a particular building. He took me to see other Condos, but my mind was set on this particular building. Since nothing in the building was listed for sale, Danny sent letters to every unit in the building, inquiring whether someone might want to sell. This is how he found me my beautiful Condo!

I had a great experience of home purchasing with Zach Brandler and Jeri Carr-​Benson from Keller Williams Beverly Hills. They have well organized the process and super responsive to your questions, making the whole process smooth. We had some issue with our loaner and there were times that I thought we won’t be able to get the place, but Zach and Jeri really helped us out by communicating with the loaner and the seller tirelessly and support us giving us faith.
