Coffee is good the cashier was so ignorant and disrespectful I would never come back. Unfortunately you lost out coffee bean and Starbucks is still the best. Hate spending hard earned money with employees who clearly are not customer service trained!

Sal made my experience so un enjoyable. As I was looking at the menu he looked bored when I was finally ready I asked him if he was ready and he simply responded«I was waiting for you» all annoyed. At least have a smile next time.

Just left this place with two black coffees and I think the flavor can best be described as burnt pennies in bug pee. The absolute worst coffee I’ve ever had in LA if not the world.

I really like this location of Coffee Bean. They have a nice selection of tables, comfy chairs and stools. It’s great for people watching in the outdoor patio which has heaters to keep you warm on chilly days like today. Inside, the style and design is a cut and above the usual CBTL which makes it a nice place to sit down in between appointments or on the weekend.

Eva was fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, quick, and helpful. I felt instantly welcomed and at ease in such a typically fancy /stuck up area. The set up was easy to understand with lots of room and very comfortable. The line had a sign to show where it started and that was really cool so no one got confused. The charging station was awesome too! Everyone on bar was friendly and quick and did a great job. I love this location and would come back in a heartbeat, especially for Eva! Five stars just for her!

I love my iced Americanos from Starbucks and when I was in California I thought I would try The(iconic) Coffee Bean. Compared to Starbucks the coffee is meh. I didn’t experience this at this location, but when you ask for soy milk they give you 4oz in a separate paper cup for any sized beverage and won’t give you any more if you ask for it. That happened at the location in The Venetian in Las Vegas, but I assume they are all the same since it’s a chain. I tried a scone and a bagel as well, the scone was decent but the bagel was an insult to an East Coast girl. Service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant, I just didn’t like the actual coffee.

I go here quite often since my dad comes here every day before work. The staff has always been nice and accommodating and the drinks are impeccably prepared. I have had many of the pastries and many of the coffee free ice blended. If you like fruity, I highly suggest the Malibu Dream, it’s my favourite. There is seating outside, and it’s a perfect place to people-watch. I’ve sat there many a time, laptop on hand, to brainstorm and get ideas for short stories and the like. All in all, I recommend this location. It also has free WiFi!

I can’t start my my morning without a hot cup of coffee. That being said, I love the coffee bean on north Beverly drive. Ernesto makes THE best coffee. Generally, I’m really picky with how my coffee tastes but Ernesto makes it simply amazing. You can actually TASTE the coffee and(doesn’t taste like water) and he always knows how to adjust the temperature so it’s extra hot. Thank you Ernesto for making me the best vanilla lattes extra hot no foam, you rock! I love this place. By the way I love coffee bean way more than Starbucks.

Great atmosphere. They staff is pretty cool. Ask for their specials. The holiday menus are pretty cool. Even after the holidays you can get the promotions. I did. Seating is great outside. Right across free parking. The place is not big but has ample seating. Right dead smack in the heart of Beverly Hills. Have your tea without breaking your valet. Love this place. Def will drop by again.

The customer service from the cashier at the this CoffeeBean on N Beverly Dr in Beverly Hills is terrible. Everyone else seemed friendly but the girl at the register definitely needs some training in customer service. I won’t be stopping here again when there are plenty of competitors nearby that still have good customer service

SOOOOO much better than Starbucks. Wonderful coffee! I had the pumpkin latte and the Mrs had the Costa Rican coffee The Costa Rican coffee tasted like the coffee we had in Costa Rica. It was that good. They need some of these in Houston!

I got in and out in probably 1.5 minutes! My order was their delicious dark chocolate latte, cold, blended. I got it in a jiffy! & boy it’s delicious! Definitely try this drink. It’s heavenly hot or cold. One of my friends calls this drink«orgasmic»!!!

i like this location. I suggest sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful California weather here. There are lots of comfortable chairs and some tables too. Great for people watching as Beverly Drive is a major street in Beverly Hills near lots of restaurants and shopping. There is free two hour public parking directly across the street. The staff here are also very friendly. I’ve been here many times, mostly during the week and during the day. It’s always busy but not so busy that I had to wait a long time in line or couldn’t find a seat. Tip: Download the new coffee bean app and get a free beverage.

What do I get most excited about visiting in Southern California? Disneyland? Almost Shopping on Rodeo? Nope. COFFEEBEAN! Maybe I’ve just had too much Starbucks and Peet’s living in the Bay Area but there is just something about Coffee Bean that makes it a big treat. I practically ran into this one and was greeted kindly and ordered an iced chai latte.(part of the treat is ordering something special, not just coffee). I think that the prices are a little bit higher than other coffee companies but oh well? People in LA don’t seem to mind. The chai latte was awesome, sweet and spicy, refreshing with tiny chunks of ice. Over all, good experience, there was no line and the staff was kind.

Everytime I come here I receive excellent service! The staff although working so very fast to make so very many drinks have great energy. I must add they are also funny cause everything I said the cashier had something clever and funny to say back to me. I got my usual which is the birthday cake ice blended! Not the drink you have to watch your calorie intake but that day was the day I wanted to indulge! We all need to treat ourselves and I treated myself to a drink I wanted. They rarely is space available inside or outside so I just get my drink to go. I have never left I unsatisfied so its the coffee place to go to in Beverly Hills.

Great spot for a coffee if you’re walking around Beverly Hills. Free two-hour parking directly across the street in underground shaded parking structure. Plenty of outdoor seating includes a few comfortable interior type chairs. Has wi-fi, as expected, that worked well the whole time I was there. Tons of restaurants and stores along these same streets too if you want to combine coffee, shopping and lunch stops with one park job. Beware of running over on the free parking thing though. It’s super expensive and if you stay parked there for say 2 hours and 3 minutes, it’s $ 15 dollars, literally($ 2 every 20 minutes). I say check this spot out.

Charge bar. ‘Nuff said. Their wifi cuts out(purposefully) for 10 minutes every few hours, but it’s not unbearable.

Tourist’s take: Since we got here really early in the a.m. it was pleasantly quiet Grabbed a cushy seat indoors since it was chilly outside Tried their tea latte This was my first coffee bean experience There’s more coffee beans here than starbucks Chose jasmine dragon phoenix pearl tea latte(dang that be long) Just think green tea that smells like jasmine The drink was fine but it was mega melting heat-hot I’ve never experienced this kinda heat at starbucks on the east coast Since I thought they would be like SB I just took a sip w/o testing Once tongue came back to life and I opened the drink top ’twas good There’s no need for sugar since it’s already sweet Had vanilla and milk so that’s all it needs I can imagine this place to be busy during normal hours Seating indoors and outdoors The stories they must have of the many eclectic peeps around here
