Dr. Tim Neavin has advanced training from world renown Beverly Hills plastic surgeons in face lift, rhinoplasty, rhinoplasty revision, and fat grafting, facial remodeling, and beautification surgery for younger adults.

Dr. Neavin also has trained and worked with pioneers and leaders in the field of breast and body surgery including body contouring, liposuction, body lifting, and complex breast surgery. Dr. Neavin has lectured nationally on the topics of the safety of office based surgery, the positive effects of plastic surgery on ones sex life, periorbital beauty, abdominal surgery, and injectables.

Dr. Timothy Neavin grew up on the East Coast. He graduated college Magna Cum Laude after making the Dean’s list seven consecutive semesters with 27 straight A’s. Dr. Neavin then moved to Philadelphia to attend medical school at the prestigious Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class Magna Cum laude.

After earning his Medical Degree in Philadelphia, Dr. Neavin was accepted to the plastic surgery residency straight out of Medical School, a feat that only 70 students in the country achieved. He was recruited by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, one of the largest and most respected plastic surgery training programs in the country where he trained under leaders in the field of body sculpting surgery. Here, Dr. Neavin also utilized his time at the University of Pittsburgh to author and coauthor several publications on aesthetic surgery and present at several regional and national conferences.

You simply can’t afford to make a mistake with cosmetic surgery, so I went to the best, Dr Tim Neavin! Don’t waste your time and go anywhere else. He’s the guy you want be the canvas for because Tim is a true artist. I chose him because he is down to earth, honest and have an unique sense of detail and perfection. A creative eye and sense of feeling and understanding that many other surgens are missing. I highly recommended him, I have been there a few times and never once been in doubt.
Team Neavin is friendly, outgoing and very professional, with a great looking office right in the heart of Beverly hills. Very approachable with a great sense of humor, Whatever you ask for he will deliver with perfection. If you’re looking for pure natural looking results this is hands down the best place in LA.

Dr. Neavin’s attention to detail, compassion, and ample knowledge related to plastics is incredible. I was so scared before my procedure but he and his staff were very patient in answering my questions and letting me know about the procedure as well as the possible results. His eye is impeccable and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I don’t look fake/​phony like I was afraid of, just a much better version of me:)! They say to get a few consultations before selecting a surgeon. Dr. Neavin was my first and I did seek others but came back to him because of his professional opinion and honesty. The others were willing to give me what I was asking for and charge me a whole lot of money but Dr. Neavin suggestions and opinion was completely opposite and his approach was less invasive and I achieved some GREAT results. He is going to hear what you think you need but also offer you an honest opinion and options to achieve them. At this time he doesn’t charge for consultations. You have nothing to lose and only to gain from him. Do I recommend him? ABSOLUTELY!
Also, I did not give the review until 6 months after my procedure and I am still satisfied with the results.

For years I had thought about plumping my lips, but was always on the fence after seeing so many horrid fake «duck lip» procedures done on friends. After several months of research, I narrowed down my decision to Dr. Neavin and couldn’t be happier. First off, he is very professional, attentive and listens to exactly what you want. I wanted a more natural look, just a slight pout and that’s exactly what he gave me. He is patient, answers all your questions thoroughly, and addresses any concerns you may have. I was very hesitant to undergo this procedure and he walked me through it step by step. Afterwards I was pleasantly surprised to see how easily accessible he was, responding to my text messages right away even during the weekend. He truly cares about his patients and If I had any problems he was just a phone call away, something you rarely see with doctors these days. All in all, my first time undergoing this procedure was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in fillers/​botox. Thank you Dr. Neavin :)

I picked this place based on Unilocal reviews. I had to edit review from two stars to one. I feel like this dr took my natural beauty from me. Day 7 after injections things should be healed and back to normal. This is not my first rodeo with injections. My face is frozen, uneven and lips feel foreign to me. The Dr didn’t even take measurements or time to do things evenly how other doctors do. I signed papers for jubiderm and doctor up sold me to ressyln which iam very unhappy with. Day 7, six days missing from work and many makeup appointments to hide the bruises. I will never go back here. Don’t trust an area code or Unilocal reviews. Go by referals. I should of known not to stay in this hectic office. Now I’m stuck with these results.

I haven’t yet had my surgery but already am so impressed with this doctor. After my implant broke, I went to the doctor that took over my original plastic surgeon’s office after he retired, and was made to feel awful that at this time I only wanted a removal, and wait before getting a lift or implants again. I read on a plastic surgery board that some surgeons don’t recommend a lift until the body heals, as ultimately a lift may not be necessary for a good result. I felt so pressured by this other doctor, that I sought out a second opinion. I did not tell Dr. Neavin that I already had a consult, as I wanted his unbiased opinion. Dr. Neavin immediately accepted my decision to not get implants at this time, and when I asked about a lift, he said best to wait as I may be happy with just the removal, and the lift wouldn’t be necessary. Imagine my surprise! Beverly Hills doc recommending a procedure that costs much less! In addition, Dr. Neavin charges $ 1,500 LESS than the Sherman Oaks doctor! I feel so comfortable with this experienced, ethical, caring surgeon. I’m actually looking forward to having this procedure done. Michelle is very kind, and patient as well, and there is no «selling» that I’ve encountered at other plastic surgeon’s offices. If I could afford to do more work, this would be the surgeon I would go with.

Confidence, Affordability, and Quality; These are just a few of many positive things I could say about Dr. Neavin. The entire process was seamless, beyond what I could have ever expected, and the results after the surgery exceeded my expectations on every level. He is a premier A-​Class Doctor that knows what he’s doing and go extra mile to take care of his patients. His staff is extremely competent and easy to work with in handling all the paper work and timings.
It should be considered a crime not to seriously consider using Dr. Neavin for any of your plastic surgery needs ;)

Dr. Neavin is an excellent doctor in every way. I had a pretty bad case of Cauliflower ear on my right ear, left ear not as bad but still noticeable, and both ears stuck out. I went to several doctors who told me they wouldn’t even attempt to remove the cauliflower, they would only pin it back. Dr. Neavin took the challenge and I am extremely happy with the results. My ears look great. On top of that he was able to remove a case of Gynocomastia in both pecs in the same surgery to make it more affordable for me. Everything came out perfect. He gives his patients his personal cell phone (which is not common these days) and responded to all my questions with in 5 minutes. The first week post op I was in his office 4 times just because he wanted to make sure everything was okay. I feel that he genuinely cares about his patients and is very passionate about his work. If you have the means to get to Beverley Hills, and are thinking about doing plastic surgery, there isn’t a better choice than Dr.Neavin.

Dr. Neavins is the best cosmetic doctor in LA. He is always so honest and never overhypes procedures. He is genuine and always has the best interest in mind for his patients.
As a male patient who has seen him for fillers, I have never been more happy with the results! They are so natural and subtle and the procedure was even fairly painless.
I am scheduling a rhinoplasty with Dr. Neavins in the next couple of months. Can’t wait to see the results!
I love his office and informal approach. He even takes the time to answer emails personally and take calls personally. I have seen other plastic surgeons and have NEVER received this type of personalized service even after I’ve paid $ 10K plus on a procedure.
Dr. Neavins is a true professional who also splits his time working in the hospital treating wound care patients.

I have the propensity to be a perfectionist and I have very specific desires. Dr Neavin not only got me the results I wanted but he exceeded my expectations. From the initial consult he was amicable and honest and listened to me carefully. He’s not after making a profit but more concerned about achieving great results. If there is a procedure that you want but don’t really need, he will tell you so. I would refer him to anyone and plan on taking my mother to him very soon. Dr. Neavin fixed my sons lip after massive dog bite. He’s the most honest plastic surgeon that I know. He did not try to up sell on unnecessary surgeries. Basically he cared and handled the problem. When I first met my dear Dr. Neavin, I had seen three surgeons who wanted to cut more of my leg off. I am a bilateral amputee of both legs, and I have been since left in a bathtub at 11 months where I burned very badly. So badly, my legs were amputated below the knee, then each few years, as I grew, more bone snips and surgeries.
Now, as a 35 year old, believing all revision surgeries were behind me, I was faced with a chronic open wound that refused to heal. My prosthetic made it worse, my comfort and happiness were almost completely gone because I couldn’t work, couldn’t be social… Couldn’t even sleep with a blanket on my leg because of the pain. Dr. Neavin was the first and only surgeon who didn’t immediately tell me to cut more bone… He actually told me what I had been telling doctors all along: one more snip and the way I walk and live could be drastically effected in a negative way. He had ideas… and his attitude was «if this doesn’t work, we’ll find something that will. We are not cutting.»
Fast forward to now, one month has passed since he did a skin graft, taking healthy skin from my thigh and placing it over my wound. My understanding was that it may not have worked. I had to keep that I mind. I’m happy to say my silver dollar sized wound is now smaller than a dime. The skin is growing, I can touch it, I’m no longer in pain, it’s no longer leaking fluid that made it worse… My life has changed completely, and it is all do to Dr. Neavin. If I had moved forward with any other surgeon I had met, I’m scared to think where I may be. They were all so eager to cut, then cut some more, never once considering how hard my life would have become.
I’m proud and happy to have taken this journey with Dr. Neavin, and if I am ever faced with this problem again, there is no doubt in my mind that he will be by my side.
