Felicia T. Clayton, a California native, is the Founder and Principal of VKM Int’l, a Human Capital and Talent Management Consulting firm founded in 2001. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources with a diverse background across all boundaries of public, private and non-profit organizations including the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Her human resources experience includes but is not limited to Benefits Administration, Classification and Compensation, Mediation & Dispute Resolution, Employee & Industrial Relations, Project Management, and Talent Management, which includes Recruitment, Staffing and Selection and Training & Development.
