Where to begin… In october after my dad fell and dislocated his second hip and my grandaughter mia turned five months and twenty plus pounds I thought I was going to fall onto the sidewalk every time I got out of my car. I couldn’t lift anything without significant pain, walk up or down stairs easily and was basically unable to function in the way I used to. I work in the field of Early Intervention which is a physical challenge unto itself, mentally as well. I do not subscribe to traditional doctors advice or like to take medications. I remembered a family whom I worked with in the past and their positive response to Dr. Jaime. I gave it a go and will never look back. She was supportive, energetic to the enth degree, unbelievable knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made my life so much better in many ways. To start, I am sleeping and eating better. I was sick only once this crummy winter thanks to Dr. jaimie and probiotics. My anxiety disorder is significantly reduced and I am now able to drive on the highway, though only a short distance, but still a big thing for me. I have also met so many wonderful people at my appointments I have recommended Aligned to many coworkers and friends. Last week due to my diligent dedication to stretches and traction which take no time at all, I was demoted from three to two times a week. Although sad, my mind and body are very happy and i am now able to lift Mia, all twenty nine pounds happily but still; with a umphh.

I love Dr. Jamie! I started seeing her a after an amazing recommendation from my sister and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is Dr. Jamie super caring and nice she is extremely smart and passionate about what she does. I’ve seen a few chiropractors off and on in years past and none of them took the time and attention Dr. Jamie does. I’ve learned about what causes pain in your spine, seen X-​rays of my back and learn all about the awesome «side effects» of my adjustments. Seriously, they’re beneficial for far more than just back pain– they charge your brain! Having been adjusted for only about 6 months I can happily say I have less pain, more energy, I sleep more soundly and have noticed a stronger immune system (I’ve managed to dodge 3 office bugs so far). I can’t recommend Dr. Jamie and Aligned for Life Chiropractic enough.

Dr. Jamie is a lifesaver! I was skeptical of chiropractors, but decided to give it a try after hearing glowing recommendations from a trusted friend, and when my back started hurting and wouldn’t stop. My pain went away after just a couple of visits, and even better than that, I was able to understand what had been going on with my body and start on a path toward correcting years of damage caused by bad computer posture and childhood misalignments. I’m not a doctor, but a anyone could see the clear difference between my x-​rays and those of a healthy spine. My neck was almost totally straight, and even curved the wrong direction a little bit! Now, after 3 months of adjustments and the easy stretches and exercises Dr. Jamie give me to do at home, we’ve been able to start correcting my neck curve to where it’s starting to curve the right way. There is still a ways to go, as it was pretty bad when we started, but I’m already feeling much better. I have more energy, wake up easier in the morning, and have a feeling of being taller and standing straighter, as if I’ve just come from a yoga class! I can tell my posture has improved too, when I look in the mirror or see myself in photos. I would (and often do!) recommend a chiropractic checkup to anyone, not just those with back pain. Being out of alignment can cause a wide range of problems, so it’s worth getting checked out to see if your mystery ailments are actually caused by something simple.

Hello! I have been and patient/​client at this practice for 2 months and I feel like a new person. Entering in severe pain, and a comlete skeptic and paranoid… i have to attest to many factors regaring Dr. Jamie and Chiropractic as a whole. It is magical. Team work and education from jamie and the whole atmosphere breeds healing. knowledge is power and being treated a whole person not just part of a factory, is what people in society need during these tough economic times. In this office exudes, confidence in healing, empowering the patient with short, medium and long term goals in healing. Need i say more. please go and get your nrevous sytem healthy and flowing. I am a 25 yr veteran hairstylist and I feel amazing… in 2 months time; look foward to the end of the yr results! thank you Jamie for coming to the east coast
