A North Shore native, owner Henry Pizzo has more than 15 years of experience in sales and customer service. An expert in contracts and negotiation, Henry ranked in the Top 4% of all performing agents in Essex County and the Top 8% in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 2015 MLS Single Family, Condo & Multi-​Family sales (per MLS). Henry also ranked in Boston’s Top 20 agents on the North Shore for December 2014 with sales of $ 2,172,500 and again in June 2015 with sales of $ 4,150,000.

A Beverly resident, Henry has an extensive knowledge of North Shore communities including school systems, cultural and recreational activities. Henry is also an avid outdoorsman and a member of the Mass Audubon Society, The Trustees of Reservations, and serves on the Beverly Parks and Recreation Commission, and is a Commission Representative on the Community Preservation Committee.
