All Mountain Property Management

I do not recommend this property management company for anything! If you own a home don’t use this company. If you want to rent a home stay clear of them and I will tell you why. We rented our home from them and this is what happened…
Maintenance request was submitted to fix the toilet because the chain broke due to corrosion (my husband was a maintenance man) we let them know the entire mechanism needs to be replaced because tying a string won’t work because we’ve been doing that already.
They send their guy out who we found out is One of their husbands and what does he do!!! He ties a string and leaves. Then charges the Owners of the property plumbing fees! Of course the string doesn’t work and we have to have him come out again and this time we also report that the soap holder in the shower fell off of the wall.
He comes back fixes the shower with cocking and of course it falls off again. He replaces the toilet mechanism and of course with a cheap plastic one that ends up breaking when you flush. And of course charges the owners again!
We have to have him come back out for the toilet he fixes it buy replacing it but he does so so that every time you flush the waters runs constantly because he attached the chain incorrectly. He does this so that we would have to send him out again so that he can charge the owners AGAIN and he didn’t fix the shower AGAIN for the same reason. We left the shower as is and lucky my husband knows how to stop the water from flowing so adjusted the toilet NOW if we didn’t know how to stop the water flow any other person would have had to have him come out AGAIN and the OWNERS get charged each time. Now remember this is one of their husbands that is doing this.
A year has past and all of a sudden we get a 3 day notice when we paid our rent. We call to ask why and she says we never paid… Turns out their office was broken into and my check was stolen and they ended up charging me a late free $ 75 plus a $ 25 processing fee. Meanwhile someone now has my banking information from my check.
A year and a half now pass and we get a 60 day notice to move out we ask why and Barbra is so rude as always and says the Owner and Management Company received several complaints from our neighbors about us and now Owner wants us out of their property… This was odd to us because we have BBQs with our neighbors and attended birthday parties so we asked them and they said never have they complained AND it just so happens the neighbors across the street know the owners of our home and spoke to them and the OWNERS confirmed that they never received complaints and said we can stay.
50 days pass and Barbara wants to do a walk through before we move out I told her I «thought» the OWNERS said we can stay… She says no we cannot stay because we were told to clean the property and never did. I asked Barbara when was this and Barbara so disrespectful said read your emails. I did read them and the only thing she had sent me was some other mans property information and rental agreement. I informed her and she then sent me the correct paperwork and it was a notice to clean the pine needles. We cleaned them the same day and sent Barbara photos of the clean up and thought that was that. (And she never apologized for her mistake)
Now we get a 30 day notice and we can’t understand why so we ask and Barbara says the owners changed their minds they are selling the house you need to be out! By this time I have the OWNERS phone number so I call them and tell them we are being told we have to be out in 30 days.
The OWNERS tell me that ALL MOUNTAIN property told them that they are evicting us because we had a notification from the fire department to clean up and we have continued to ignore the notice and they are trying to prevent the owners from being fined so this is why they are evicting us. We told the Owners we cleaned the pine needles the same day we were told to and sent Barbara pictures. The Owners said she’s going to contact the fire department to see what’s going on… Turns out fire department never sent a clean up notice. Ohhh and All Mountain never knew that I was talking to the Owners so well and that I sending the owners all of the emails Barbara had been sending me .
Sooo Now the 30 days is almost up and Barbara contacts me to do a walk through sooo she’s sticking to her lie about the Owners wanting us out to sell the home. So I then call the Owner again and she tells them leave us alone we are staying in the home
This company was going to have the property vacated without tenants so that they can rent it out later for more money and meanwhile the owners don’t have renters for however long it takes them to rent it out again.
So we think everything is fine and now 2 years have past and we get a notice that the owners are raising the rent $ 50 we ask the owners if it’s true and of course it’s a lie so The OWNERS finally decide to get rid of All Mountain Property

BEWARE!!! These people are SERIOUS scammers. Aside from that, they are also extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, unknowledged on the LAW, and straight up RUDE.
The first time I ever heard about this company was from a friend, who suggested I stay far away from them. Against my better judgement, I called them for information on a property they had for rent. A lady named Barbara answered the phone, and was not very friendly or helpful. Every property I asked about she was snappy and rude, and then started asking me a bunch of random questions, not pertaining to a property, but rather about the roads being closed, and telling me I wasn’t gonna be able to see any properties. Totally confused, I told her I would call back the next day to schedule an appointment. Well, the next day SHE CALLED ME, right in the middle of lunch, when I was in a meeting at a restaurant. I answered, to which she started yelling at me that I was late for the appointment and her agent was there at a property waiting to show it. The weird part is that I never gave this woman my phone number, instead I told her I would call her back. Anyway, even weirder, the agent wasn’t even at a house I wanted to view. So then she hung up on me, as I was trying to explain to her why I wasn’t there.
A month later, a property we really liked came available, and we decided that even though we did not want to go through their management company based on our first experience, maybe we would give them another chance. We saw the property, fell in love and decided to move forward. The entire move in process was pretty smooth, except that once we were in the house the problems began instantly. The heaters were SO CLOGGED with pet hair from the last tenants, that they didn’t work. The carpets are over 35 years old and SMELL horrible like cat and dog pee, which for a house that was not allowed any pets, I was a bit taken aback. We began submitting requests for maintenance. We were ignored majority of the time, until they sent out a guy who works for their company… Not professionals in the fields of service we needed… BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP and don’t care about your safety. Anyway, the house was infested with bugs and rats, as well as horrible smells from years of abuse and improper cleaning. There was BLOOD on the walls in the room we were setting up for my son. The toilets weren’t even clean. It was disgusting, but we managed.
They are liars, and con-​artists. They make up fees and claim you owe them, they practice ILLEGAL business by trying to lie about the law and cover up things they know they should handle and worst of all, they are LAZY and CHEAP. They would rather put your family at risk than higher licensed professionals to take care of unsanitary conditions.
Fast forward past months of begging them to replace the carpets, and deal with the rodent issue, they opt to terminate the lease. One of them, named Carolyn, came onto the property and started harassing us about things she thought we needed to fix. The emails never ended about whether or not we were fixing said issues, but they couldn’t do anything to fix major issues within the home? They claim to MANAGE properties, but they are money hungry and don’t care about you. In the end they will try to screw you out of your deposit as well, so be careful.
I suggest whether you are looking to list your home, OR rent a home, that you reconsider. As I said, this company practices illegal business, the lie, and cheat. They steal from families, and they don’t care about «managing» unsanitary homes, and then trying to blame the tenant.
SO SAD! SUCH A SHAME!!! BE VERY CAREFUL! Notice how you can’t find any other reviews about them online? They hide and delete everything to try to protect their reputation. Its sick.
