Business Owner

Having joined the Big Bear Board of Realtors in 2010, Ken is not new to Real Estate. In the past 35 years, Ken has invested in numerous properties of varying types all over Southern California. For the past 17 years Ken has been buying and selling properties in Big Bear, which have included vacation homes, investment properties, and his primary residence

Ken has been certified by the Big Bear Association of Realtors as a Big Bear Resort Property Specialist. Ken is trained in Short Sale and REO transactions, and has completed short sale transactions as an agent for both buyers and sellers. He has worked with numerous lenders on both standard and FHA short sales, involving notes secured with both first and second trust deeds. He has negotiated successfully on his clients’ behalf in various circumstances; always looking out for the best interests of his clients, and maintaining communication with negotiators and closers to ensure successful closure of the transaction.
