Bob moved from Los Angeles in 1995 to Big Bear Lake after owning a successful Pipe Line Construction Company providing services for Universal Studios, Paramount Pictures, Columbia Studios and Sony Pictures. Bob sold his company and decided to leave the «fast paced» life of the city for the quieter life of Big Bear Lake, blue skies and fresh air. In 1998, Bob joined Prudential Properties of Big Bear and within two years, became Prudential´s Top Producing independent agent and had continued to perform in this category with sales over 52 Million in 2005. Recognized by Prudential Corporate with the prestigious PREA100, Legend & Diamond Awards. In June 2006, Bob and his team moved to RE/​MAX Big Bear to expand his business. RE/​MAX offers the infrastructure to support a Top Producing team as Bob has. He built his team using the same proven attributes consisting of Service, Honesty, Integrity and Reliability.

I met the Bob team in 2012 when I bought my cabin in Big Bear. Jim found my Perfect get away cabin. He made it way to easy from start to finish. Well after 3 years it was time to sell. So I meet the big dog Bob. I’m not sure I was ready on how fast it sold and how much I miss it. Bob Angillella and his team was fantastic. We interviewed several agents in the Big Bear City area before listing our condo for sale. Bob was by far the most professional and thorough agent of any we spoke to. He showed us what his team would do to market the property, reviewed all the comps in the area with my wife and I and suggested things we could do to improve the marketability of our property.
After thinking it over, overnight, we decided to list with him. He suggested that we list the property at $ 10,000 more than what other agents had suggested. He made this suggestion because our condo was so nice and move-​in ready; and that this would give us some room to negotiate with a perspective buyer.
We listed on a Friday and had an offer by Monday morning. The offer was a cash offer near our asking price, with a short escrow and not subject to an appraisal. The whole transaction took less than 25 days to close.
His entire office staff was very helpful, especially his assistant. Anne Marie. It was our pleasure to work with Bob and his entire team. Thanks Angilella Team.

Jim Gordon represented us extremely well on our recent purchase of a fantastic get-​away home in Big Bear. He’s professional and knowledgeable plus his relaxed no-​pressure style makes it easy and a pleasure to work with him. I can also tell you that he goes above and beyond to help his clients. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our Big Bear home around 10:30pm on a Saturday night. We called Jim and he met us at his office to help us get back in. Needless to say, this was a HUGE favor and timesaver since our only other option would have been to drive back to our primary home in Orange County and return again the next day. THANKS JIM!

The Bob Angilella did a great job for us! There were able to find properties that were an almost perfect fit to what we wanted and let us decide for ourselves what we really wanted.
Once we made our final choice on a second home in big bear they gave us ideas for the best things to do if we ever wanted to make it a rental, as well as they were good at getting things fixed that were at all negative in our home inspection.
I would advise anyone who is looking to buy a home or an investment in Big Bear to go to the Bob Angiella Team.

Bob was patient and a good listener. He took the time to understand what kind of property we were looking for and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We found the property we wanted rather quickly. Bob helped us get a great deal on it and made sure every detail was taken care of. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable home buying experience. It was around Christmas time and I remember feeling surprised by how many greeting cards he had received and put on display in his office. Now that I know him, I understand why he was given so many cards. What a great guy! His assistant is a sweetheart too! We picked him at random when we got in to town that day. He happened to be the agent working the floor when we walked in. After meeting some of the other real estate agents in that town, I see how very lucky we were to have stumbled across a good one. (The Gilligan’s are nice too).

My husband and I just closed on our home after a long and painful escrow. (Negative stars to Bank of America.) Jim Gordon from Bob Angilella’s team was calm, extremely knowledeable and accessible through the entire process. The whole team was awesome! Even after the close they’ve been helpful with referrals and even keeping our key so they can let workers in the house when we can’t be there.
