History

Established in 2012.

Robert Springer opened his restaurant in October of 2012. Located on the east side of Big Pine Key at the curve of US 1 in the beautiful Florida Keys. Having always wanted to own a bar and his very own pizza oven to make big pizzas, it was a like dream come true when he found this great location with a restaurant facility for sale.

Meet the Business Owner

Robert S.

Business Owner

Robert Springer fell in love with the beautiful Florida Keys after spending time building a restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. Springer decided to take an 8 week vacation. That 8 week vacation turned into 22 months. Living in paradise, so who cared, right? Songs have been written… «Came here for a weekend 25 years ago» .Springer eventually went back north to make some money so he could buy a house down here in the Keys. In 2005 that dream became a reality. He decided the best way to stay down here permanently was to buy a restaurant and bar. With real estate prices down, he was finally able to make it happen.
